Today on Glenn Beck’s show, author Brad Thor advocated the assassination of Donald Trump:
"I am about to suggest something very bad…. With the feckless, spineless Congress we have, who will stand in the way of Donald Trump overstepping his constitutional authority as President? If Congress won’t remove him from office, what patriot will step up and do that? … I don’t think there is a legal means available. I think it will be a terrible, terrible position the American people will be in to get Trump out of office, because you won’t be able to do it through Congress.” – Brad Thor
Glenn Beck, who was already investigated by Secret Service agents before, replied, “I would agree with you on that.”
Thor tries to call this a “hypothetical asked as a thriller writer,” a thin defense to be sure.

Beck has totally lost it. So advocating an attack on someone is not a criminal action?
Are these clowns aware, that if Trump were so inclined, he could easily hire someone to "return the favor" with more than rhetoric.
If no “patriot” stood up in last 8 years they must all be sleeping. What a bizarre thing to say. The people get the government they vote for and deserve.

Just a few days ago on Hannity, Trump said he will not dictate with EO’s like Obama did - will negotiate with congress.
Thor and his supposed intelligent ilk operate on impressions and innuendo.

So after 8 years, they are finally worried about the constitution.
The thing is -
Obama and Hillary have both through deliberate action or inaction allowed people to be killed and murdered.
Trump has never actually done anything to anyone.
There’s a lot of good thriller writers out there laboring in obscurity, trying to break thru and get a national contract. But the publishing industry anointed Brad Thor as the Christian thriller author who was going to break out of the pack, who they were going to promote to mainstream success. I wonder if his liberal politics had something to do with his getting a contract.
It’s been 28 years since we have had a President that wasn’t irritated by the existence of the US Constitution.

I guess I won’t be reading any more of Brad Thor’s books. Too bad, he’s a good writer.
Don’t much care what Glenn says, he’s off my list. But Brad Thor?? Say it isn’t so. A good writer.
I've said it before and I'll say it again for any one who still supports Cruz, he totally lost me with the antics with Beck. I was a big supporter until he actually started to run. He slid downhill in my estimation the longer he stayed in. Beck is mad, simple as that.

I read one of his books. I didn’t like it. Seemed like a rehash of dozens of other super American Heroes who are fighting inept politician and uber foreign agency books.

Yeah. I'm a little bit shocked by Thor playing the Glenn Beck game. I'd think a lot of Thor's now former readers are avid Trump supporters.
