"Last night, I had a subscriber email me a 27-minute video done by Dr. Lance Wallnau, a pastor from Keller, Texas that explained the concept of common grace and how Mr. Trump is the perfect vehicle for that common grace to flow across this nation. It clicked. It absolutely clicked."
(Excerpt) Read more at youtube.com ...
in the quote you used, Trump said “I don’t do a lot of things that are bad”
so he admits he does some bad/sin - so do you, so do I, we all sin.
“I think Dr. Wallnau is well off course in his understanding of “Common Grace”. Common Grace is what keeps us all from torturing each other to death right now as if we were all already in hell.”

Cyrus was a king of Persia whom established the rights of Jews to return from captivity in Babylon. Within 70 Years the temple was rebuilt in Jerusalem. How is Trump similar to Cyrus - The first King of persia and a future President of the USA.
Common Grace as defined by Louis berkhof (Sytematic theology 4th Edition Grand rapids, Erdmann 1979) curbs the destructive power of sin, maintains in a measure the moral order of the universe, thus making and orderly life possible , distributes in varying degrees gifts and talents among men, promotes the development of science and art and showers untold blessings upon children of men (Capitalism) The four heads of common grace are:
providential care in creation - Divine Providence grace common to all (universal grace) god has ordered structure within human society - family ( This will turn the liberals heads especially transgenderism will be ended).
Providential restraint of sin - Civil Government as instituted by God ) A return to God as the head - Liberals will have a fit in the ‘In God We Trust” will replace liberal values
In Man’s Conscience natural Law is restablished Knowing the difference between right and wrong . This will blow the liberals mind
Providential blessings to mankind Human advancements through science - medical technology, technology advancements in scientific breakthroughs that benefit all of mankind.
So basically the assumption is that Trump will turn America back to focusing on God and Making America Great Again. It is not just one person whom is able to Make America Great Again - it will take all Americans to do that and be willing to overthrow decades a decadence shoved down the throats of Americans that have brought American society to its knees. Liberals will fight tooth and nail to keep there crazed policies and schemes. So we must prepare for a battle
And it's a trait that is shared by the bottom-feeder pond scum that tries to falsify claims of military service, wounds and disability.
Amen
We have one. His name is Jesus Christ and he is alive, well and coming back.
Luke 12:38
And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants
Might consider giving Trump same considerations....how did he speak "falsely with reckless abandon"????
I notice you left off the rest of Trump’s quote.
You gloat in this great sin of ‘speaking falsely.’ Where were you when Roe and Cruz literally tried to destroy Trump (in NH) with a total lie? How can a Christian give a person a pass for constructing a complete lie designed to totally destroy a fellow human being?
Dr. Wallnau is reinforcing what I’ve been saying for nearly a year now; that God has raised up this defective, imperfect man, Donald Trump in answer to the innumerable prayers for someone to lead us out of the swamp in which we now are stuck.
When one looks at many or most of the men God has used in the past, like Adam, for instance. Hand-made by God, but in crunch time he screwed up by-the-numbers! Abraham, JACOB, Samson, David, Solomon, Baalam, Elijah, et al; Trump fits right in.
Praise Jesus!
Thanks for the ping. Fascinating thread!
People have been making a Trump/Cyrus connection for many months. It is a loose but valid parallel. One difference is that whereas Cyrus was a pagan, Trump acknowledges God. Whoever had/has spiritual oversight for Trump has a lot to answer for, but at least there’s room for growth.
Btw, while we’re so concerned about the country—and this decidedly includes me—God is concerned about Trump’s soul. We look at Trump and hope he can manage a major course correction for the US. It just might be that God is looking at the presidency as the place where he can do eternal business with Trump re the Kingdom to come. After all, as C.S.Lewis pointed out, the mightiest empire is temporal; the lowliest soul is eternal.
He does it constantly.
Here is an example: "I will be greatest jobs president God ever created ..."
There is no such thing as a "jobs president" and worse than that, he plays right into the liberal narrative/premise that Presidents create jobs and are responsible for/orchestrate the economy.
Presidents that believe that they are responsible for the Nation's providence/prosperity reflexively intervene and usurp power. They take credit for inventions, innovations and commerce that naturally happen in the free market. They perpetually impose new and growing incentives and regulations and they bail out their corrupt cronies. Eventually, everybody becomes a de facto government employee and find ourselves living in Communism.
Happy to oblige.

Absolutely. The Christian response to someone whose grasp on salvation appears dubious, is intercessory prayer, not public mockery. Of course, one needs to have a grasp on salvation oneself to understand that.
I think God has been waiting for the people to turn to Him, when enough of us did, His plan is to use Trump...
Trump has a special sense of things, and God doesn’t use just anyone, he knows who He wants...
We need to keep God in our everyday lives, He is the only one who will help us, guide us, and be the person He wants us to be...
Hi Theophilus,
Thank you for listening to the man’s thoughts, and thank you for responding with yours.
I agree with some of your positions. I do not agree with your judgement of Mr. Trump and his family. We are but men; only God knows their hearts, and I leave it to God to judge them.
Thanks,
RWL
Thank you, Buckeye Texan. I agree.
Having listened to it, I think it really would benefit us all to view it. Although I did not agree with some of what he said (and who does agree with anyone 100%), it was helpful to me, in trying to understand the mindset.
>>I looked into a window of Trumps soul during one of the debates, when Carson missed his cue to come on the stage and Trump stood with Carson in solidarity as other candidates skipped by. Totally unrehearsed and real.
Yes! And THIS is what God sees.....his heart! Thanks, Bushwon.
What a wonderful, thoughtful, and informative post. I learned much from reading it, and thank you for posting it.
