Washington State holds its Republican primary on Tuesday, and with one candidate left in the race, there's not too much drama about the outcome. But in a twist and what would the 2016 race be without a twist? 40 of Washington's 41 delegates selected Saturday to attend the Republican National Convention in July are Ted Cruz partisans. Cruz supporters outnumbered Donald Trump supporters at the state GOP convention in Pasco, and they were better organized, pushing through the Cruz slate of delegates over occasional protests from Trump backers, who noted repeatedly that Cruz is no longer in the race.

So the Washington State Primary hasn't even been held yet, and already the Cruzbots found a way to rig the delegates.
Once again, Ted Cruz proves he doesn't want delegates to be chosen based on the outcome of a primary, he wants to use all insider means necessary to deny the will of the voters.
Pure scum. So are those who support this.

It wasn’t an election by voters. It was a SELECTION by party insiders.

It is pretty clear that in Washington, the pre-purchase of Hillary by certain corporations is a very big factor.

It means nothing, zero, zilch. Trump runs the convention now and leads the Republican party as Ryan said. Trump delegates (which will be a large majority) will control everything and create the new rules.

It has been said again and again...If the GOPe continues on this course against the will of the voting public, they will cease to exist in any form of relevancy...
There will be all kinds of protests raised...And it is doubtful they’ll all be peaceful...

Actually this tickles me, because they will have to cast the first vote for Trump at the convention regardless. That alone will cause them much angst, especially if their votes push Trump over the 1,237 magic number.
