The Obama Justice Department has revealed its final descent into naked politics and totalitarian bullying. Lois Lerner and Hillary Clinton, two transparently guilty criminals whose crimes are compounded by the fact that both are also lawyers, will face no indictments and no prosecution. The corrupt bosses of the Veterans Administration likewise face no sanction at all despite the manifest criminality of their actions.
Lying under oath to Congress, failing to comply with Freedom of Information Act requests, conspiring to obstruct justice, and many other clear wrongdoings permeate almost every single crevice of the Obama administration, and yet no one who matters has faced any trouble from the Department of Justice.
This is not because the Department of Justice is quiet and subdued. The attorney general refers to the FBI for possible criminal prosecution of those who question the leftist orthodoxy of man-made global warming and moves almost instantly to litigate the actions of states protecting children in school restrooms.
The hyper-politicization of the Department of Justice by the left has been used unceasingly as a bludgeon against conservatives, Christians, and constitutionalists in America. While a new Republican administration with an honorable and fair attorney general would be welcome, once the Pandora's box of hyper-politicization has been opened – as it has by Holder and Lynch – there is no real cure at the federal level.
Want a real "horror story"? Review the prosecution of Senator Ted Stevens during his re-election campaign in 2008. The Department of Justice is simply a tool for protection or persecution.

Agree, it needs to be abolished. Thefederal govt itself should be curtailed when looking into crime. The Virginia governor did nothing wrong, yet was put into prison. The Doj has has got to be shut down. Along with many other department’s. The money is being stolen anyway.

The black-robed tyrants may be the worst of all when it comes to stripping our freedom under the guise of justice that fits their personal politics while lining their pockets with blood money comprised of our individual freedom and God-given rights.
This kind of thing is intentional with communists and thug tyrants. They desire the populace to lose faith in the any real justice being possible from within the government or the system. This way people will fear them and lose hope in anything other than submission. This stuff is well documented from the USSR people just have a normalcy bias that it could never happen here up to this hour.
The new DOJ under Trump will take care to see that these criminals will get jail time.

Let’s not forget Education,Energy, Agriculture and Commerce. Even Kissinger wanted to get rid of 2 thirds of the diplomatic service at State. . Written in Marvin Kalb’s book. It is TIME to DownSize DC! Close ENTIRE Rogue/UnConstitutional Departments including their SWAT Teams.
The DOJ is a wonderful place to Start.
Move the Center-of-Gravity of Government away from DC.
Then, Force the Congress to Telecommute to work from their home state. If they want to meet 2-3 times per year they can do so for a limited time.
The Texas Legislature meets ever other year, unless the Governor calls a special Session. It has worked fine for a long time, there is NO REASON that it could not be made to work for the Fed Gov.

The time has come to begin the discussion of conservatives and liberals divorcing and splitting up the community property.
There is no remedy to the condition of this nation. It can only be dissolved and rebuilt from the foundation up. The alternative will be far more destructive and costly.
That would mean Texas seceding. Calif. becomes Jefferson.
