Was there early voting in Oregon?

I don’t think the parties DO run the primaries. At least they did’t here in VA, where the state ran them. The parties make the rules about getting on the ballot, but the polling places are managed by the cities/counties who report to the state.

Love it.
I think he would be harder for Trump to beat, but that witch needs to be kicked to the curb.

Kasich second and Cruz third. Too bad the ballots were printed before they dropped out.

Was there early voting in Oregon? Oregon is a vote-by-mail state. People are mailed ballots. They must be returned by 8 pm PST today. They can be returned at ballot drop-off locations in each county or mailed back in.

OK, I just had NO recollection of there ever being a primary recount, tho in many cases it would make sense. The intensity and speed of primaries, week to week over months, seemed to make demanding a recount impractical.

The Oregon results are coming in fast.
With 56% in, Bernie still up 53-47.

Why would you say that when Trump won those five states in New England by roughly the same margins? Those were closed primaries too.
Every win is worth a big party, and the larger margin Trump goes into the convention with, the better.
No, you knock yourself out. We’re celebrating too much.

And in KY, Sanders still picks up half the delegates under proportional allocation rules.
There’s no real incentive for a recount.

Got one that loves it. She’ll stay out on the porch all night curled up asleep if I let her. I’m sick of it though!

So that’s another 28 delegates. Anyone know the current total delegate count?

Yeah, you are right, but it just doesn’t seem like there are enough checks and balances in place. ‘Rats can delay, manufacture and lose ballots and no one gets called on the carpet.
