OK, I just had NO recollection of there ever being a primary recount, tho in many cases it would make sense. The intensity and speed of primaries, week to week over months, seemed to make demanding a recount impractical.

And in KY, Sanders still picks up half the delegates under proportional allocation rules.

There’s no real incentive for a recount.

No, I can’t find any news reports of a MO recount.
Cruz didn’t ask for one.
Took a long time before the official delegate count came out though.

Bernie is running as even more of an outsider than Cruz did so he could IMO.
Would destroy “crooked Hillary” campaign if a recount changed the winner. Usually there’s not enough mistakes found change to the result.
