As I said, predicting a VP choice is nearly impossible until the last minute because the situation is fluid. A candidate might need some help in a key state, based on current polling. Or the opponent might open up a new line of attack that needs a defense. A lot can change in a few weeks.
But as of today, and according to the Master Persuader filter, I put the odds at 90% than Trump picks Brown as his running mate.

Webb pro abortion and pro home marriage.
1) Cruz- Only if Trump wants a knife in his back. I would never trust that man near him. Plus, he is not NBC. Also, he brings nothing to the table. He has not won a single congressional district in any battleground state.
2) West is a great guy, but Florida republicans redistricted him out of office and did not support him in combatting election fraud that resulted in West losing his seat. He brings very little legislative congressional experience.
3. Martinez- the right demographics. If we have to play gender/race card, then she’s a match.
Walker didn’t help Romney carry Wisconsin.

Trump/Palin 2016!
Newt turns 73 next month.
But 70 is the new 40.
Trump IS a conservative from West of the Mississipi, even though he isn’t. He’s from New York, but he’s not some candy-ass lawyer or career politician. He has real accomplishments, legendary accomplishments, and a hit TV show, besides. He’s as Western as Abe Lincoln, even though he only pays other people to split rails for him in accordance with architectural specifications. I’m not placing any bets on whom he chooses. He does not fit into the standard mold.
Nikki Haley despises Trump and badmouths him every chance she gets. Also a big time RINO who threw Southern heritage under the bus after the Charleston church shooting. She’s directly responsible for the war on everything Southern all over the South. If she could run for reelection she would lose. I also like West but his limited experience (retired Army Lt Colonel) followed by one two year term in Congress, just about rules him out. Retired General Jack Keane, who was the architect of the Iraq surge, would be a great pick as VP or Sec of State. Congressman Duncan Hunter would be a great pick as VP. He’s an arch conservative and although only in his early 40s has 6 years in the Senate and is well thought of. Senator Marsha Blackman from TN another good pic for VP.
Hell no.
Rep Martha McSally, Arizona 2nd District! Retired USAF Colonel; brought lawsuit against DoD-the Real war on women (keep your head covered while serving as a military officer because you’re a female...regardless that you’re a fighter pilot and US Military Officer). I see she’s an outsider too. Plus, serves on the HASC. Loves the military and has congressional experience. The match made in heaven to neutralize most every weakness Trump has!

Very interesting. I live in Arizona. She won by a squeaker.
Mine would be MacArthur or Patton if only it was possible.Otherwise, Newt works for me.
But 70 is the new 40.

“Women are not shallow and do not vote for looks.”
Yeah, sure, they vote for a sense of humor, right?
“I think a lot of people vote based on outlandish reasoning.”
Like to bet on a sure thing do you?
Yes, Ringo Starr, a VP who could drum up support for Trump. Oh, wait, that won’t work, he has the same problem as Cruz and Rubio, not a natural born citizen of the USA.
Jan Brewer is way too unattractive for trump to run with. No way would he select a woman that...trying to think of the word...butt ugly is all that comes to mind ..and No to Brown. No way
I am with you re: Scott Walker
Let me guess, this constitutes the last 20 minutes before you joined...
Ah, yes, the silky pony. John McCain would be president for sure if he could have borrowed John Edwards face. Anyone who doubts that is disconnected from the real world.
