After more than a year of research, a Wall Street analyst is arguing the Clinton Foundation's books are riddled with financial inconsistencies that rise to the level of "fraud."
Charles Ortel, who gained recognition for correctly identifying problems with General Electric's financial statements in 2008, has prepared 40 reports highlighting discrepancies that he said proves the Clinton Foundation has covered up cash flow since 1997.
The financial whistleblower said his 15 months of research revealed gaps in the amount of money donors claim to have given and the amount of money the foundation claims to have received.
The Clinton Foundation network is actually comprised of several different charities that all perform seemingly similar functions. Those include the Clinton Health Access Initiative, the Clinton Global Initiative, the Clinton Climate Initiative and several more, all with varying degrees of overlapping finances.
Ortel said the foundations' complex paper trails are littered with mistakes and repeat filings.
In November, the Clinton Health Access Initiative was forced to refile its tax returns after a review revealed big-ticket foreign donations that had been left off its Form 990 filing.
The Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation has been removed from the website of a prominent nonprofit watchdog, Charity Navigator, because its "atypical business model can not be accurately captured" by methods used to size up traditional charities.
The pattern extends to smaller charities linked to the Clintons, Ortel noted. One organization founded by former President Bill Clinton, the American India Foundation, has problems that stretch around the country.

Remember about a year ago, the Clinton foundation was doing amended returns with the IRS for a number of years in the past?
And Bill Clinton said something like he only works there, he didn’t know the details, didn’t know what was going on.
And the media dropped the story and never followed up.
Confirmation of long suspected fraud. FBI needs to talk to him as well.
The FBI did and is continuing to “follow up.” If we see an article mentioning the IRS, things are going critical if they haven’t by now for Hillary and her minions.
None of it will matter. She has promised to re-distribute wealth.
CASE IN POINT According to ABC’s George Stephanopoulous, he was solicited (and/or donated) $75,0000 to the Clinton Foundation for specific “charities”... AIDS and deforestation. Georgeio failed to disclose this. Can Stephanopoulous come up w/ a Clinton Foundation donor’s receipt required for the IRS charitable deduction?
FYI-—At the lavish Foundation meeting at the palace of the King of Morocco few years back, Bill Clinton was asked by a billionaire donor what Clinton was doing w/ donations. The donor referred to the blizzard of adverse publicity that monies sent to the Foundation were not used as intended. “What is this money for? What have you done with it?,” he asked Clinton.
“I just work here,” Clinton responded. “I don’t know.” So if Foundation founder Bill Clinton did not know-—and the Board did not know-—who knew?
The billionaire donor also told Clinton his daughter (a Foundation Board member) felt useless.....b/c apparently Board Members were not advised of some of Clinton’s activities.
If Foundation Board members were not advised of, and did not sign off on, expenditures of tax-exenpt Foundation donations, the Clintons have a legal problem that could involve violation of tax laws. Board members of Foundations are fiduciaries and are required to oversee the distribution of donations.
