Yes, it almost certainly was him.
It also looks like he leaked the tapes to the Washington Post to send the 20 or so investigators assigned to him on a wild goose chase.

It’s as though Donald is holding one of those red laser pen lights and shining it around the rooms, right out of reach of all the kittens. See the kittens look up, down, around, back and forth. More wasted tax dollars! Voice analysis! For what, it is not a crime if it is Donal Trump. Who cares about this, especially given it was 25 years ago. Its not like he had sex in the oval office or anything.
I don’t think the FBI is earning the money paid to them out of my pocket either, if they were, Killery would be incarcerated already.
