Remember, Bill Clinton is the one that claimed vast swaths of Land as Protected Federal Property to prevent expansion of Coal Mining.

Bernie’s Plan is to give the area $41,000,000,000 in Federal Funds to help the displaced Coal Workers.
In other words, first they destroy an entire Industry then they make the Taxpayers pay to take care of the People that were impacted by the Federal Government’s actions.
