CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man is accused of choking an 8-year-old girl until she passed out in the bathroom of a restaurant in Chicago's South Loop.
The girl was with her mother at the Jason's Deli in the 1200-block of South Canal Street on Saturday, police said. The girl and her mother were inside the restroom separated by stalls around 1:15 p.m.
Police say 33-year-old Reese Hartstirn walked in and targeted the girl, choking her and trying to lock her in a stall. The mother heard her daughter scream and grabbed her.
Police said other people in the deli helped hold the man until officers arrived.
Jason's Deli released a statement Friday regarding the incident:
"We're blessed to have a wonderful relationship with the Chicago Police Department. Many of them are our customers and because of their connection to our deli, this unfortunate situation was handled very quickly. We're proud of how out team members responded and thankful that we have the kind of customers that are willing to lend a hand in a difficult situation. We continue to work hard every day to make every customer happy."
The girl was taken to Comer Children's Hospital, but police did not have information about her condition.

Well, we all agree that Obama is creating a solution for a problem that does not exist. Transgender people are less then .3% of the population. And no one has been requesting any of this, Obama is creating this solution to distract them from what he really is doing.

Our daughter is a fifth grade teacher. She, the other teachers and school board are totally opposed to to gender neutrality. They will probably lose government funding, but Wyo. has plenty of other financial resources.

This story can be understood from another perspective, one this writer understood too little, even after eight or so years of reading original sources about the two classes of citizenship - the Constitution. North Carolina and Texas are both addressing federal misbehavior by learning about the limits to federal power created by our founders. The federal government ha no authority to control access to bathrooms. In fact all three branches have gradually evolved into the sort of dictatorship guaranteed by Democracy, and the reason our founders created a representative republic.
I have begun to read Federalist Papers, guided by a remarkable former liberal Democrat, who worked through a biochemistry degree as a plumber, after five years or so as an analytical chemist, joined the Army to see the world, and became a Russian linguist in SIGINT, was injured, met a handsome intelligence agent, and, after her injury, went back to school for a law degree, and working as a con law prosecutor for ten years. Lecturing on weekends at schools and church events she discovered her talent as a teacher, teaching the foundations of our Constitution.

I always say that parents must accompany their children in the bathrooms now. This parent did go into the bathroom with her daughter and still her daughter was attacked by this demon. At least mom was there to fight him off and scream.

Screaming at a man, “Why are you, a man, in the woman’s bathroom? Who do you think you are? Why are you endangering me and any little girls in here?” might be a good start.
We’re headed in the same direction as the UK. If the girl screamed those words in the UK, the man would have successfully had her arrested for making him feel uncomfortable while doing nothing illegal.
See the insanity? The innocent are guilty, the guilty are innocent. Who is the author of such evil? We know!
Just be careful not to leave fingerprints on his corpse.
