“...I truly don’t think he has a comprehension of
the working person...”

#####################

I don’t think he does either...Maybe he needs to get a wakeup call...Either go to real work or else...

That is only dreaming, I know...Someone like Goldman Sachs will bring him in....

“Amazing that we have three baby boomers to choose from.”

Disappointing too. I want to see veterans of the sand wars deal directly with people like Graham and McCain.

I guess FNC’s 24-hour-a-day anti-Trump infomercial wasn’t up to Ted’s standards. Someone please muzzle this deluded POS.

He lacks contact with reality. You do not have to hear voices to be delusional.

Precisely. I have said this even before he dropped out. He was arrogant enough to take the South for granted. Trump did not. He came and campaigned hard. Trump won the votes Ted assumed he would win.

Time for the baby to quit throwing a tantrum

Yeah so did Ron Paul. Ted will drift off into the Texas sunset being the nothing he has always been

Cruz really needs to just go back home and reset his own career. He has damaged himself somewhat with the campaign he runs, and if he doesn't at least keep quiet about this kind of thing, he will continue on the road to irrelevancy.

One of the reasons I switched from Cruz to Trump was Donald's skill at setting a media narrative. Trump has gotten his fair share of negative coverage from most networks, but the early Fox positions, excluding Hannity (who was simply neutral), were clearly anti-Trump. Trump has also learned how to go over the heads of the media's negative positioning of him, he has shown how to set the narrative. It's something Cruz could not do, and did not do; if he could have set the media narratives about illegals, the muzzie immigration problem, or the economy, Cruz would have been the nominee.

He didn't, but Trump did. He projected the major issues of the day and brought them to the forefront of the American electorate, overcoming the PC politics of the media.

Oh you are so naive. Cruz could have generated the same media coverage had he had a message that the voters cared about. Trump drew tens of thousands because of borders, immigration, and trade. Those were not Teds issues. Ted drew maybe a few hundred. Ted misread the electorate. Ted supported TPP. Ted supports amnesty.

Get over it already

I once thought Ted was the smartest guy in the race.

I never thought he was the smartest guy in the race but I thought he was smart. I don’t think that any more. He is conservative, but he is good in some respects. But I don’t think he is particularly smart. In fact, when it comes to getting a message across, on communication, he is pretty close to Cheetos Faceroll Stupid.

This continues to sadden. Cruz had great potential; but this is so ridiculous. As a once skilled debater, he must realize--with whatever intellect is still up in his head, somewhere--that this is an outrageous example of "begging the question." He does not prove there is anything wrong with Donald Trump's rise, simply by assuming it for the sake of insulting others.

It almost makes one wonder if the affliction, from which Glen Beck is obviously suffering, is actually contagious. Cruz before his close association with Beck did not rant like this.

I would like to see Conservatives extend an olive branch to Cruz; but we really cannot do so, until he is able to discuss events in a rational manner.

Count me as one.

After Walker dropped out, I was for Cruz. I didn’t like the idea of yet another Harvard Law School, half-term senator becoming potus, so Walker was my guy initially.

Cruz also likes to badmouth Greta on Fox. Back in Dec she was interviewing him and she asked him about the permanent green cards for illegals working in the states, that he proposed. She said she had read every word of the bill and read his own words back to him. She said it looked to her like it was blanket amnesty. Cruz of course told her she didn’t know how to read it and he was never for amnesty. She said “look senator, I read it and it’s amnesty in my book”. Maybe the Haaavud lawyer didn’t realize she was a former prosecutor and a damn good one at that and she was was having no part of his tap-dancing around the issue. He has never went back on her show. Cruz does not like people he can’t fool and he certainly couldn’t fool or trick another lawyer that knows the law every bit was he was he does, probably better.
