Hillary's team prepares for the worst as she finds herself in a perfect storm of legal misery
Fox News ^ | May 12, 2016 | Judge Andrew P. Napolitano

The bad legal news for Hillary Clinton continued to cascade upon her presidential hopes during the past week in what has amounted to a perfect storm of legal misery. Here is what happened.

Last week, Mrs. Clinton’s five closest advisers when she was Secretary of State, four of whom remain close to her and have significant positions in her presidential campaign, were interrogated by the FBI. These interrogations were voluntary, not under oath, and done in the presence of the same legal team which represented all five aides.

The atmosphere was confrontational, as the purpose of the interrogations is to enable federal prosecutors and investigators to determine whether these five are targets or witnesses. Stated differently, the feds need to decide if they should charge any of these folks as part of a plan to commit espionage, or if they will be witnesses on behalf of the government should there be such a prosecution; or witnesses for Mrs. Clinton.

“[Pagliano, HRC’s private server IT guy] should have told them they were opening a window to the world and exposing everything on the server to anyone.”

Um...HRC et al should not have needed to be told it was very risky to use a private server instead of the State Department system to send and receive emails as Secretary of State. A reasonably bright twelve year old would know as much.

“Interesting that Huma Abedin isn’t playing the let’s-share-a-lawyer game. She has her own attorney. Was Hillary’s consort not invited to the shared attorney party? Or did she decline the invite?”

I noticed that right away, when the story broke that the others all have the same lawyer. I posit that Huma declined the use the same lawyer and that the lawyer she has is NOT being paid for — directly or indirectly — by HRC. (We all know the others are not paying for their lawyer; HRC’s cronies are paying, one way or the other.) Huma is too shrewd to fall for that. If she shares a lawyer with the rest of them, and if HRC (one way or another) is paying for the lawyer), then whose interests is that lawyer REALLY going to be representing: Huma’s or HRC’s?

At one point, Huma Abedin was collecting FOUR salaries. Also, she has managed to make herself indispensable to the person who perhaps will be the next POTUS. This is no shrinking violet who is going to sacrifice her life and career to save anyone’s hide — not even HRC’s hide.

It could be that it is Huma Abedin who ends up sinking HRC...

When boiled down it’s all very simple. She deliberately committed espionage by knowingly establishing and using an insecure server where she left classified information. Then favored persons, who’d paid her handsomely through one route or another, were granted access to that server, either by being given the necessary passwords or easy hacks, so they were able to go cherry picking our most important secrets at will. If this had happened during WW II, the Nazis and the Japs would have discovered Ultra and we’d have lost the war. The Witch is a world class traitor on the level of Benedict Arnold and the Rosenbergs; she ought to be tried, convicted, and executed.

I can’t see how any of this is good for her health. I think she has enough issues that she may end up w a stroke or heart attack.
