Utter BS on the part of CNN. It is a proven fact there were over 1200 classified emails on that server. That is criminal, period. Even just one is a criminal offense, period. No discussion, not a matter of opinion, not subject to debate. Mishandling classified information is a criminal offense, period.

It has also been proven by citing law that “wilful intent” has absolutely no part in determining guilt or innocence.
I don’t think the FBI has anything at all to do with this report. In fact the whole thing, word for word is an exercise in pysops
The FBI is just as corrupt as the the rest of the government. Just look at the Solendra investigation, the standoff in Oregon.
I knew it and said it, Comey has only been working on the wording of his clearing message not investigating the felon.
I believe this is what the Clinton's have done. The private server was used for one purpose...evade investigation. My understanding is that some of this info had to have been removed from a secured network manually (such as thumb drive) then placed on an unsecured network.
Destruction of evidence, perjury, obstruction, mishandling sensitive info, influence peddling (pay to play), conspiracy...These are just a few that come to mind.
I believe the FBI has her in their sights and are finalizing the investigation with interviews of the players involved to attempt to see if they will begin obstructing an investigation/perjury under oath and or contradict one another and or sing like a canary.
This sounds good. If it were spread wide and could bypass the media...
I believe it IS what's occurring.
I also believe the DEPTH of this investigation will catch even the Clinton's off guard.
If they're NOT banished from the American political scene after this then we really have NO America anymore.
