Good evening, ML...((HUGS))...I just got home from work. Gonna take a bit of a break and then finish my homework.
Are you just home from pub night? Did you have fun? Lots of singing? Family? Friends?
Just got home...checking in for a few.
Peaches (what kind of name is that for a manly Watch Kitty?) is really great looking. I wanted an orange cat all my live and got one. Some other color always showed up or fell in my lap.

Hope you got most of your work done AT work so you don’t have a lot of homework tonight.
I always wanted a solid white cat but got every other color for years. We STILL have every color but finally got not only one, but two solid white ones.
Now I don’t want any more at all but that’s probably not gonna happen. LOL! Cooper’s pretty good proof of that. We pray he’s the only newbie this year.

Lots of corrections early afternoon, but I think I have everything good to go for the special event...The Airmen’s Association or something like that out at the FedEx facility.
I normally wouldn’t check them until next week as they don’t get paid this week. But corrections are pretty simple for the first week of the pay period. Once we print checks for this group, that first week for the other group is much harder to correct. I am pleased.
The big trouble I was expecting was put off a week. I was sitting in the next to top guy’s cubbie at 8a Monday morning. I had questions for both the guys there, and a bit later the top guy came in and sat down. He said the billing couldn’t start til 5/2 and that is the first day of this current week. (Originally they said April 25...and they had done none of the stuff that needed doing...that was why I was in their office.)
All our pay weeks are Monday thru Sunday. Best news I heard all day. Then I started in on the info HR needed to make everyone’s life easier next Monday...and it was needed ASAP. I spent an hour making my points, and they listened. d:o) This week’s time will be reported next Monday and will be the first week of their next pay period. I will be checking it closely.
So, altho BUSY to the max, and I’m not quite done, a good day.
Well, thing is, when I first got Ginger and Peaches, I had been told they were both girls. And then I couldn’t think of another name so he’s Peaches. LOL!
It doesn’t seem to bother him. :)
I’ve always wanted an orange kitty too...and when my friend showed me these two, I couldn’t choose between them [they’re siblings], so took them both. Glad i did...they entertained each other and weren’t as homesick as one of them would have been without the other.

Soft serve? I thought you’d at least be something exotic. LOL!
Glad they listened and now we have to hope they act on what you told them. Something needs to be done, that’s for sure! It’s getting out of hand lately and it’s not fair to y’all or to those who don’t get paid correctly.

I was, and it worked for a nanosecond before starting to buffer again.
I’ll try again tomorrow. Do need to go now....even though I’m off tomorrow, I didn’t get much of a nap today and so I’m pretty sleepy.

It’s still working for me. It buffers occasionally and stops, but starts back up fine when I click on the arrow.
Dad’s been in and out with sticks and grass but no feedings yet. The new one doesn’t need to eat yet but the two older ones do.
WOOHOO! Another day off! Better get plenty of rest for the weekend stampede. Probably going to be crazy with everyone shopping for Mother’s Day.

There is a new Accounting boss, and as many things as I have to correct, billing has issues too. So...there is some muscle now, someone who can “make” them do things the right way (my way at times). *snicker*
Technically I can just let things go through as entered...”it is the manager’s responsibility to get it right”. BUT...I am the one who has to do the clean up, and it is twice as hard and time consuming after the fact. So for my sanity I choose to go the homework route. That gives me some time Wednesday morning to make corrections.
