There is a new Accounting boss, and as many things as I have to correct, billing has issues too. So...there is some muscle now, someone who can “make” them do things the right way (my way at times). *snicker*
Technically I can just let things go through as entered...”it is the manager’s responsibility to get it right”. BUT...I am the one who has to do the clean up, and it is twice as hard and time consuming after the fact. So for my sanity I choose to go the homework route. That gives me some time Wednesday morning to make corrections.
If the new “muscle” accomplishes what has needed to be done for so long, HIP HIP HOORAY!!
It would be great if things could smooth out to the point you didn’t have to go the homework route any more. But if wishes were horses - - right? LOL
At least things are moving in a positive direction so we’ll count the blessings.
