Yesterday I was thinking it might take 15 minutes, but Indiana covers two time zones, and returns will have been coming in from the east and from Indianapolis for an hour, by the time the polls close in the west of the state. I think you are right, this election is called in under a minute. Trump's margin of victory is going to be substantial.

It wasn’t very busy when we went. This area has a lot of dems, so I didn’t expect much.
We went early and it could pick up a lot later.
