PHOENIX — Texas Sen. Ted Cruz pulled out a strategic victory at the Arizona Republican Party convention, nailing down a large majority of delegates to the national convention amid cheating accusations from backers of businessman Donald Trump.
The Cruz slate won virtually all of the 28 at-large national delegates and roughly split the 27 delegates selected by congressional district.
The guy who can’t even keep his own delegates is going to “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN”?

I think that meme has sailed. There’s little evidence to support the idea that the GOP elites are opposed to Cruz, but mounting evidence that they’ve reluctantly thrown their considerable might behind him, in order to stop Trump.
I think it’s become clear to most people watching, that Ted is in an unholy alliance with the globalist Uniparty cabal. The party bosses and entrenched apparatchiks are the ones twisting arms behind the scenes to flip delegates into the Cruz column.
No presidential candidate in modern history, has lost so badly, yet held on as long as Ted Cruz has. None could, without the total support and collusion of the RNC politburo.
The establishment riff-raff is totally content to lose with Cruz as the nominee. They kill two birds with one stone. Trump is thwarted and the liberals in the Republican party can finally come out of the closet and scream, see a conservative can’t win the general election, conservatives be gone forever!!!
I was there. We followed the instructions \rules. The campaigns put out slates for voting. The problems began when most of us could not get online to vote. Then apparently there was a problem with the ballot (maybe Jan Brewer’s name being left off the ballot?) and we were told we may have to vote again,but not told what the problem was and no revote. Some people left before the results were posted and even then we couldn’t see them. The ground game was there, the supporters \delegates were there. The ballot was wrong, we should have revoted but AZGOP did nothing and Trump was cheated. Apparently it is true, it’s not the votes that count, it’s who runs the election and who counts the votes.
I heard Rush defending the GOPe AZ and Cruz today....sorry Rush enough is enough.
