Donald Trump holds a 15-point lead in the Republican presidential primary in Indiana, and a majority of GOP voters disapprove of the effort by underdogs Sen. Ted Cruz and Gov. John Kasich to coordinate strategy to block him, a new Wall Street Journal/NBC News/Marist Poll finds.

Ted made too many wrong mistakes !!!
“When Ted realizes its over, will he show us his professed faith includes humility and get behind Trump?”
The $64,000 question is, when will Ted realize his campaign is over?
At the rate he’s going, it might be after the general.
You can clothe so many in the Third World with the discarded shirts of failed American political candidates for president.
I wonder if his dad calls him everyday with a friendly reminder he’s the “Annointed One.”
[The fat lady is warming up.]
I thought Carly the old crone had already done that.
He just might:
"Indiana has 57 Republican delegates. Three delegates are awarded from each of the state's nine U.S. Congressional districts with the candidate who receives the most votes taking them all. The 30 other delegates will be awarded to the candidate who wins the most votes statewide."

Saw him on Megyno say he HOPED to win Indiana, while he was very definite that Trump would NOT get to 1237.
Hope= he has the internals and knows he won’t win.
It wouldn’t surprise me if Ted decided to run 3rd party. He could do as well as Nader...maybe. Call it the Scrooge Party. The man appears to be certifiable, those grandiose visions are torturing his brain.
“Indiana could deliver the win... so cool.”
That makes me happy, too. Also the California people and any other state that hasn’t voted yet. Good for them! Voting for Trump was the most satisfying vote I’ve made since Ronald Reagan.
Your warm words felt so nice... my most satisfying vote since Reagan was Trump too. It's fun being in the Trump family, isn't it...
Doesn’t matter - Cruz has shown he can steal any votes he covets.
Thanks for the firsthand on-the-ground report. Much appreciated. And for all of your hard work!
Good question. It fits as well with RCP average as did all the RCP polls that showed Cruz ahead in Wisconsin.
In fact, there has been one outlier poll from IUPUFW showing Ted ahead in Indiana, just as there was one outlier poll showing Donald J. ahead in Wisconsin.
'08 ended a streak of perfect GOPe going back to '64 and Goldfinger's blowout loss.
'08 was memorable for 105% voting in Marion County (Indy) and the Lake counties suddenly voting in the 95-98% range, well above their well-established 55-56% ... Indiana is a primary/general lock for Trump.
John was all-in for Edwards, I mean all-in, and was ate up when Edwards imploded (thanks, National Enquirer!). He's a cynical SOB, and you wouldn't want his support if he offered it. The Little Bastard will likely support the choice of his girlfriend du jour - whether that's Meg Freezeface or Christie Lee Hudson Brinkley Joel Taubman Cook - it'll be Cankles.
“This is an MSNBC/WSJ poll. They have not been trustworthy in the past, and are usually outliers giving Cruz the edge. Are the real results much worse, or did they just decide to run an honest poll?”
This and IPFW/Downs Center appear to be outliers in the RCP list. Remove those, and the remainders give Trump a +6 average.
I don't think his ego would allow him to do that. The most he could do would be to remain silent for the remainder of the campaign. If he does nothing to hurt Trump's chances of being elected, Cruz might have a political future.
That is the Down’s Syndrome poll of registered Republicans, only 400 of them, taken over a 14 or 15 day period. Just looking at the timeframe you know it’s trash. Then you add in that it wasn’t even of likely voters, and the fact this pollster hasn’t done any polls for 5 years.
