Donald Trump supporters are a generally happy bunch...
The Cruz campaign in Indiana is in a state of collapse and freefall. By the end of the weekend you can expect the narrative to shift, and the campaign will be pointing fingers toward California (June 7th) because their impending defeat is looming ever more dangerous.
Before getting to a recent poll, lets take a look at the current landscape. Senator Ted Cruz and Carly Fiorina spoke at a campaign rally in South Bend Indiana. In a venue capable of holding more than 2,000 only a few hundred showed up...
Thats the second actual ground report in the past 48 hours highlighting exactly the same thing. The first report we shared yesterday...
My post election night math had 1,003 as solid but virtually identical. So you can see, the probability of Trump earning the remaining 235 (1237 1002 = 235), knowing 51 of those are easily won in New Jersey (winner take all June 7th) makes the outcome of Trump winning enough delegates to capture the nomination a very high probability.
That crossing of the inevitability factor threshold is what we have outlined as the most dangerous time. The angriest moment in the denial phase is right before the ideologically entrenched accept an inevitable outcome.

How do you get excited about betting on a man, who himself is betting a really long shot, that when it all becomes a crap shoot at the convention, it comes out right for your guy?
Cruz is a good, decent, guy.
I voted for Trump, but I desperately want Cruz to continue as a Senator or be our VP.
Morons like you will look really silly when your candidate finishes 2nd.
Cruz had to have spent millions in the south, especially SC. His commercials were non-stop on radio and TV, and the mailers...my gosh, never-ending. Here in the more conservative Upstate, he drew huge crowds, but so did Donald and even Bernie. If there was one county-region Cruz absolutely should have won, it should have been here, and yet, he didn’t. I don’t recall for sure, but I think he didn’t win even one county across the state. That IMHO was the beginning of the end for Cruz—the proverbial having hit the iceberg leading to his ultimate demise of ever becoming the nominee.
I would.
Cruz spent next to nothing in the metro Atlanta and north Georgia areas.
You are correct it was the start of his downfall

That is my point. The Cruz message is:
Hi! I’m Ted Cruz vote for me to lose and I have no idea what will happen at the convention.
That is a great positive message.
Well you are right Ted is not a natural born citizen. He will not be kept from running for it though. Friday night in a rally speech his own wife Heidi called Ted an immigrant. I guess it was a Freudian slip. :-)
There's basically no chance Trump doesn't win, even if he loses Indiana, so talking about him getting second place just makes you look dumb and delusional. But to make you suffer even more, NBC released a poll with Trump leading 15 points in Indiana, matching the reported internal polls from Cruz and Trump.
