Ted Cruz is a coward.
He's other things a GOP presidential candidate, a senator from Texas, possibly the Zodiac Killer (Google it) but most of all, and most unquestionably, he's a coward.
A coward mocks what he doesn't understand. A coward seeks political gain by maligning others. A coward talks about North Carolina's controversial bathroom law, which requires transgender people to use the restroom that matches the gender on their birth certificate, by saying this at a Sunday campaign event: "If Donald Trump dresses up as Hillary Clinton, he still can't go to the girl's bathroom."
Hah! The crowd laughed and thought it was a stitch because, naturally, all transgender women look like Trump in a pantsuit, right?
Wrong.
Not just wrong, but offensive. And not just offensive to transgender people, offensive to any American who thinks denigrating transgender people is repellent...

sorry meant 100’s not 1000’s- but technically the romans did have plumbing an bathrooms- even purging rooms where they could vomit after gorging themselves in their gluttony- and we don’t know that there wasn’t separate places/rooms for people to use-
Which by the way folks is the kind of gluttony hte bible is speaking of- not simply just eating a bit too much- the romans would gorge themselves to capacity, go into the bathroom/vomit rooms, throw up, then rejoin hte feast and gorge again- this was the gluttony the bible spoke of-
Trouble is, what are you calling this base with respect to which you would judge them for being on or off?
Maybe they have it right by God and the bible but are not following the pious memes du jour.
“High praise, indeed for Ted Cruz,..”
Yes, Cruz is just advocating common decency.
You know what, I did see a trannie once, he was a check out clerk at an Ulta store. He looked ridiculous in full, heavy makeup, long hair and a short dress. I never saw him again, I’m assuming he didn’t last long for obvious reasons.
I'm not much at quoting, but I recall "Go ye not on the words of men, for they are vain", so I prefer the primary sources, or at least as close as I can get. I can't read the Greek, my already inadequate Latin has corroded away, and I can't read Hebrew, so that leaves me with an older Bible to go by.
This is kind of irrelevant, but you made me think of it. I insist on being called "she", "her", "ma'am" all the time, yet I wear men's clothing to work. I've been doing that for over a decade, and plan to do so until I retire.
It's my job... there aren't women's work clothes for it...
I suppose there’s no truth to the rumor that Trump’s beverage of choice is a vinegar-and-water?
...and no glory holes.
FWIW Orthodox Christians heard those Matthean invectives tonight in the Gospel read in the Bridegroom Orthros for the Tuesday of Holy Week, as we make ready to celebrate Christ going to his voluntary Passion for the sin of the world, including the blind guides, hypocrites, and Pharisees.
But yet; Jesus’ words got Him killed.
That was not my intent.
Are you sure you know where the spiritual wave you are riding, ends up? I think you misused scripture.
But 'persuing' did, as well as these...
On the other hand, who’s pursuing and who isn’t? You can’t prove it by gender even, because homosexuals exist.
Good one!
Notice that these memes can be carried by the right, not just the left. Because to be right with God is not the same as what the world calls rightist. Pharisees would be what their world called rightist.
I Googled the quote delimited “Go ye not on the words of men, for they are vain” and did not get an exact response back.
It appears my train of thought on this whole matter has jumped the tracks.
I might even say that for a cross dresser to appear in his/her room of sex birth, might indicate homosexual pursuit, but might be sexually indifferent towards the opposite sex.
It isn’t a simple question.
And much modern concentration on Old Testament Law biblicism quite misses the power of the gospel. If these people want to get dished at, they don’t have to go look for a church. Their peers will probably do it just fine. So why would they look for a church just to get the same thing?
