Donald Trump Jr: Ted Cruz Has To Bribe Delegates To Win
CNN ^ | APRIL 24

Posted on 04/24/2016 8:38:39 AM PDT by Helicondelta

Donald Trump Jr. said that the only way Texas Sen. Ted Cruz can convince delegates to support him over his father is with bribery.

"Ted Cruz has no chance of winning this without bribing the delegates. That's his game at this point," the son of the real estate mogul told CNN's Jake Tapper in a CNN "State of the Union" interview that aired Sunday.

Trump Jr. said if his father wanted to bribe delegates he could -- and do it very well.

"He could send his private plane and send them down to Doral, they could play golf for a week and then we win that delegate. That's not the way this country should be run," Trump Jr. said.

I don’t want to be mean to Cruz supporters. I know a good many of them have been my fellow travelers for a long long time.

At this point though, folks, take a good look at Ted.

Kasich, GOPe, they’re the enemies of Conservatism.

I know you have doubts about Trump, but there is no doubt whatsoever about Ted now.

Good, now YOU need to be long gone from Free Republic, the web forum.

Have some self-respect. Quit acting feral. Quit acting like a child. You are not wanted here. JR has asked you and your ilk to leave. Do you leave a party when the hosts tell you the party is over (ok--i know no one would invite you to their party)....but you use indoor plumbing at home, right? Then how come you treat Free Republic like your dog treats your yard?

i’ve been reading this whole thread .... missed it live.... and finally came across this gem of yours:

“It’s impossible when the establishment wants to control all the candidates”

that’s pretty much it in nutshell.

After Tuesday night’s numbers come in, there will be hair-pulling, every version of Trumpkins, Trumpees, Trumpsters, Trumptards, TrumpChumps, etc.

Yup. The brainless, in dull, shambling allegiance to the shameless.

wow

quite the list

makes me think of a line from Dances With Wolves when Lt Dunbar and the mule skinner are out in the middle of the prairie and find the body bristling with arrows.
the poetic Mule Skinner says

“his folks back home keep saying “Why Don’t He Write?””

sorry..... i’m not happy about the zots.. well some maybe... glad it’s not my job.

Bill Kristol Names Romney, Rubio, Tom Cotton As Third-Party Prospects If Trump Wins Nomination
Brietbart ^ | 25 Apr 2016 | Patrick Howley
Posted on 4/25/2016, 7:58:15 AM by mandaladon

Bill Kristol, son of Irving, names Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) 79% , Mitt Romney, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) 79% , and others on his hypothetical shortlist of third-party candidates that he could run if Donald Trump becomes the Republican nominee.

The “Weekly Standard” editor and self-styled neoconservative power broker is back to talking about a third party, declaring that a Trump victory in Indiana would force him to re-focus on his so-called “Latter-Day Republicans” independent ticket. A third party could help to split the vote on the Right and elect Hillary Clinton president, which would allow Kristol to stave off the Trump threat and regain control of the party in 2020 without actually having to formally support Clinton.

But Kristol now has a shortlist of predictable options, including Mitt Romney and neoconservative rising star Sen. Tom Cotton of Arkansas.

“The Globalists laugh and mock us for falling, every time, for these candidates they fund within their system. But this time, thanks to DJT ripping it open, those willing to look can see what’s been going on for God knows how long.

I don’t know how old you are, but I’m an old geezer : ). I remember growing up in the 50’s, when JUST my father went to work. That ONE paycheck supported FIVE people, two cars, a home, and a lifestyle that was slower, calmer, and more moral and religious.

When I look at America today, I see its citizens either working so hard that there is little to no time left for properly raising children; or, the others who live off of those people.

The dollar is worth but a fraction of what it was worth then.

What changed, and WHO changed it?

I’m looking at those whose loyalty lies first with global interests, at the expense of their own country’s interests.

Does anyone for one second think these Globalists would stand for ANYONE running for high gov’t leadership positions that they don’t totally own?

Now it’s clear to me, they are ALL BOUGHT AND OWNED, including candidates who espouse conservative “values”. It’s all a sham.

And then along came DJT, stuck a finger in their eye, and said, “I love my country FIRST”. Is it any wonder the WHOLE WORLD’S ELITES WENT NUTS, and trained their sights on destroying him? That should tell one and all who the REAL CONSERVATIVE is, who the ONLY candidate is, that stands a sliver of a chance to wrestle America from the Globalist Grip. Who better than DJT, who knows them all, the games they play, just how they fiscally and morally plunder us?”

GREAT post!

I hear Cruz is offering delegates who switch to him a blissful weekend in Calgary with all the maple syrup you can tap into your bucket.
