We cannot secure the blessings of liberty with Hillary in the White House.
When Trump wins the lion's share of the primary votes, states and delegates and the establishment installs someone else as the candidate, you've handed the election to Hillary.
Trump is the only anti-establishment candidate in the race and has won the lion's share of votes, states and delegates and is on track to continue amassing the lion's share of the votes, states and delegates by direct vote of the people.
We the People have voted and are voting to finally wrest control of our government from the entrenched corrupt establishment, aka, the uni-Party.
Cruz, Kasich, et al are mathematically eliminated and cannot win the nomination per the voters. They can attempt to re-wrest the nomination away from Trump and away from We the People only by corrupt establishment treachery at the convention. And that will split and destroy the party and guarantee a Hillary win.
NeverTrump is a losing proposition and will lead to a loss of liberty and loss of country.
This is totally unacceptable.
After the corrupt establishment losing twice in a row to Marxist Obama, I'm damned tired of the corrupt establishment and damned tired of losing.

By the way, Cruz's campaign still refuses to answer the question whether or not Cruz will support Trump if he's the nominee. He's taking the GOPe route of preferring Hillary over Trump. This is also totally unacceptable.

That Cruz will never be the nominee. At best he is being used and played to stop Trump. If it goes beyond the first ballot (which Cruz cannot win mathematically) then it will be someone else.
Ideally, that sounds right, but practically, it's a little more complicated than that.
You see, Cruz has joined with the GOPe in piling on Donald Trump and their unending campaign of character assassination against him. For God's sake, this unprincipled man played the race card against Trump, following the lead of the Media and GOPe. There's nothing sleazier and more lowdown than that. And that was just the beginning.
So don't try to place the two perspectives on equal footing, because they categorically are not.
Out of courtesy to JimRob, I'm not declaring myself "NeverCruz". But if Ted Cruz somehow manages to steal the nomination from Donald Trump (and it will be with the full assistance of the GOPe), then I'm going to have a very tough moral dilemma to face, because, unlike Donald Trump, it's abundantly clear that Ted Cruz does not deserve the GOP nomination under any circumstances.
In that eventuality, even the act of me holding my nose to vote for the unprincipled, naked opportunist that is Ted Cruz, would not be able to compensate for the fact that 1) The GOP would irreparably splinter , 2) Voter enthusiasm would be destroyed, 3) countless Trump voters would stay home (basic psychology), and 4) Hillary would win November in a landslide.
What astounds me is that, from the Cruz fanboy point of view, that is Cruz's best case scenario! And Cruz's best case scenario is the GOP convention's (and the country's) worst case scenario.
Are you starting to get the picture?
Can you simply follow Ted Cruz's strategy from here forward to its logical conclusion?
Now answer me: how, in God's name, could any conservative American want to gamble on that scenario?
God forbid.
Thus, I submit to you that both Ted Cruz and his fanatical scorched earth supporters are being disloyal to their own grassroots and party (which Cruz has shown since Chicago), not to mention being willing to sacrifice the country's future on the altar of Ted Cruz's egotism and narcissism.
So you can put me down, reasonably and logically, as as close to "NeverCruz" as humanly possible, without actually being so.
Conversely, the "NeverTrump" hysterical haters have no leg to stand on. They have long ago ceded the moral high ground. The only question is exactly how far Ted Cruz's humiliation must go before he wakes up (along with his fanboys), and how much damage will have been guaranteed at that juncture.

Actually, my point (which I’ve made several times) is that when a Republican contender reaches 1,237 delegates, he will be the nominee...it will happen prior to or at the convention...that is unless you want to troll the forum by arguing a rule change so that less than a majority wins. Everyone is focused on the Presidential race.........
but, what about the Congressional races. Nobody is talking who is running for Congress. This could be a BIG mistake. Assuming that Trumps wins, he will need the backing of a Republican Congress. Without it we will not resolve the mess were in. Would like to see more on those Republicans entering Congressional races and who they will support for President.
Jim Robinson himself, last weekend, reposted, as an article, a very well researched post which fully puts the lie to the "Trump is not now nor ever has been a Conservative" smear.
You would do well to review it, as it would probably disabuse you of the propaganda you just parroted.
