According to Kerick, who by the way spent a great deal of time down at Ground Zero, Donald Trump displayed incredible generosity and concern towards the volunteers and first responders who worked down at The Pile sifting through debris for body remains. Bernie told me without hesitation, Trump instructed hundreds of his hotel workers to head down to Ground Zero and offer a hand doing whatever needed to be done. Be it hand out water, food, etc, etc. I asked if the cameras caught any of this? Kerick explained there were no cameras permitted in the area, and Trump knew this. Meaning, he didnt do it for the fanfare or press clippings. Perhaps Donald did it because he loves America, and because he cares about the American people?
Kerick went on to say Trump himself visited Ground Zero to help lift spirits and to thank the tireless workers who were down there each day and night searching for bodies. He didnt have to do it, he wanted to do it. Thats the Trump I know.
Thank you FRiend, as time permits, I’ll bet that account can be mined for some real comedy gold ... lol
You don’t even know what you are talking about.
It is obvious and it makes you look foolish.
You’re welcome. Just be aware he hasn’t posted since 2014. Perhaps too busy banning people from his Facebook acct, for insufficient servility?
He’s no more hypocritical than any other human being on the face of the earth. I have yet to meet someone who can prove to me that they’re above hypocrisy. Including you. Case in point, the sentence you just wrote. Just saying.
A combination of subject change and attack the messenger.
Be specific. Which sentence?
Savage is the only one for me.
Cruzers like Levin are absolutely addicted to misrepresenting Trump’s history. They want his past to fit their preconceived notions about him, whether it actually does or not.
One of the major reasons that Jerry Falwell, Jr. cited for supporting Trump was all the quiet acts of kindness and charity that he knew Trump performed while seeking no publicity or benefit for himself. I remember in his book, The America We Deserve (2000), Trump made a point of saying that he believed that his love of country was the same sort of love as he felt for his family. He also mentioned his love of his city in the same discussion. I’m not at all surprised that Trump helped out after 9/11. What person who was in NYC on that day couldn’t have been deeply effected by what happened?
Levin has Glenn Beck disease. Let’s hope he recovers from it.
With all due respect, you're out of your mind. Seek help. There is no salvation in politics. That's why the Trump people, who recognize that no one is or can be a perfect candidate in a fallen world, and that you have to take a certain amount of bad with the good, rendering unto Caesar in the civil realm. All sin and fall short of the glory of God. Time for you to get above this seething negative mania of yours.
Build that wall!
You do realize Trump owns 40 Wall Street, which is about six short downtown blocks from World Trade, right?
Here's a summery:
I quoted Trump: I gave to many people before this before two months ago I was a businessman. I give to everybody. When they call, I give. And you know what, when I need something from them two years later, three years later, I call them. They are there for me. Thats a broken system. (emphasis mine) and then I asked, "Find me the equivalent Cruz quote."
Then you provide these two item with links:
Cruz: 'We'll take money from anyone' Politico
and
Ted Cruz Gay Marriage Money TexasMonthly
I said they're not "equivalent" because even though Cruz takes money there is no quid pro quo. There no indication, no record, no implication that says anything like: "when I need something from them two years later, three years later, I call them. They are there for me." A reasonable person who is in their right mind and doesn't suffer from seething mania can see that. It eluded you.
Then you ramble on about salvation and perfect candidates to change the subject to something that is obviously true - but unrelated to anything we're discussing.
Your response is typical: attack the messenger, change the subject, twist the truth, and (though you haven't yet) post photo shopped pictures.
Bye!
I wonder what’s become of Hannity & Levin’s “ great friendship” Has anyone heard??
Mark Levin got famous using FR. If he’d had to pay for all the information he’s gotten from all of us, he’d be broke.
He’s an opportunist just like his pals Beck and Cruz.
AND:
Levin has become a real ass; he's dead to me.
Mark Levin, while I liked him awhile ago, has indeed become a SHRILL SHILL and he is doing unbelievable damage to the Republican Party and indeed the overall brand of conservatism.
Every single time a "conservative" with air time speaks to millions of people and INSISTS that not only does Trump lose by double digits to Hillary, but so do the down ticket candidates that's the number of folks who may just shrug their shoulders in helplessness and not even bother to vote. Then, we maybe DO lose! That's point number one.
Point number two is the unmitigated HUBRIS displayed by Levin at so casually dismissing the WILL of the people who are voting Trump and sweeping him to these unbelievable landslide victories. The Never Trump folks need to take a breath and fall into line just as the Trump people no doubt would IF Cruz were sitting in the #1 spot by the same margins. If we don't unify, then the nation is doomed.
For the sake of future generations (like my new three week old granddaughter) do you want to answer this inevitable question by those children someday: "What did YOU do in the election of 2016?"
Are you going to be able to say: "Well, I wanted Cruz, but when Trump became the nominee, I worked my butt off to make him President and save the country from the scourge of LIBERALISM.
OR, are you going to say: "Never TRUMP and so I sat on my RUMP and watched as the country sank into the quagmire of socialism and then globalism and then slavery and submission to Islam. Now be quiet and go put on your Burka, we're late for Mosque!"
That’s so convoluted. I’ll just repeat:
Bye.
Aloha.
He might have been better off to have said Madison ave/wall street values....since a lot of common NY’ers(city and state) hate them, too!
