Hillary Clinton Says America Has ‘Too Many Guns’ Stephen Gutowski

Hillary Clinton told a group of supporters on Wednesday that America has too many guns.
During her opening remarks at a gun violence forum in Philadelphia, the Democratic frontrunner attacked the gun industry as the most powerful special interest in America and lamented how many firearms exist in the country.
“When it comes to guns, we have just too many guns,” Clinton said. “On the streets, in our homes, in our neighborhoods. And, you know, there’s been a lot of talk in this campaign, in the primary campaign, about the power of certain interests in our country. And we do have a bunch of powerful interests, make no mistake about it. But there is no more powerful lobby than the gun lobby.”
Clinton has based much of her campaign around her strict gun control stance. She has publicly supported the idea that the United States should consider adopting Australian-style gun confiscation policies and has said in private that the Supreme Court is “wrong” about the Second Amendment.

You’ve nailed it. I was sorting and straightening earlier today and came across a 550 count box of Federal, with a $16.99 sticker on it. I’ve obviously had that box for quite a while, lol.
Whenever someone says Americans have too many guns, I become that much more certain that we still don’t have enough.

All of them are at least as powerful. Just not as well armed.
I've got lots of guns but the only one I don't need is the one that keeps jamming on me. And even that one, I need for practicing gunsmithing.
Funny how she is OK with the Secret Service protecting her and her crime family. Same with Obama. I would respect them a teeny bit if they fired their armed guards, which we pay for.

So, hypothetically, if I’m alone in a room surrounded by thousands of loaded guns - little guns, medium-sized guns, big guns, long guns, short guns, chrome guns, blue steel guns, black guns, pistols, shotguns, “assault” rifles, etc. - how many of those guns are going to suddenly decide that I need to be shot? How many will pose any threat at all to my person?
No gun is any danger at all, Hillary, until a person misuses it. So the focus needs to be on preventing misuse of the item, not on the item being misused.
It reminds me of the comparison of blaming spoons and forks for Rosie O’Donnell’s obesity.
I almost feel dirty for typing such a ‘master of the obvious’ reply when the truth should be self-evident to anyone with a 3rd grade education or higher. It’s a damned shame that there are so many ignorant and/or stupid people in this country that her comments are considered valid rather than viewed as downright laughable.
