Congratulations to our presumptive nominee, Donald Trump!

Congratulations to our presumptive nominee, Donald Trump!

Great job in New York and throughout this campaign. Cruz and Kasich are now mathematically eliminated and just like all the others who were mathematically eliminated should concede and drop out so we can all unite behind our nominee and prepare to defeat the godless America-hating traitor Hillary Clinton in November.

As conservatives and patriots, it's time to put bruised egos behind us, heal our differences and act united in the best interests of our nation. The media and the GOPe will try to keep us divided, of course, but we must not fall for their treasonous tricks.

A divided Republican party will ensure Hillary waltzes into the White House in November.

Freedom is never more than one generation from extinction. Hillary would be a third term for Obama and would complete his mission of completely destroying America.

Do not let freedom expire on our watch!!

I'm praying this forum and our loyal members will now be shifting into high gear to defend our freedom by uniting against the treasonous enemy within.

Let's get Trump over the 1237 mark and finally take the GOPe completely out of the picture!!

Then onward to the presidency in November!!

We have chupacabras in TX. Luckily, our Senator Cruzachabra is in Hollywood, FL sucking up to the old goats at the RNC.

I would say that most of us Cruz supporters don’t think Trump can beat Hillary. Head to head polls show that Trump is by far the weakest of the three Republicans still in the race (he’s down 9.3 in the RCP average). I believe that a Trump nomination guarantees a Hillary victory.

How strong will Cruz or Kasich be against Hillary if the perception (accurate in my view) is that they stole the nomination from the man with the most support using a crooked insider process?

You have to know that a contested convention will weaken the party. Since Trump is now the only candidate who can win on the first ballot the sensible thing to do is unite behind the frontrunner. Because no matter what pie in the sky polls say about Trump, the product of a nasty convention fight chances of winning are absolute zero.

I have discussed this with Jim already. Nice try though. I am not afraid to state my beliefs, nor do I feel compelled to cower behind JimRob as you are doing now. JimRob is an intelligent individual who is secure in his beliefs and is not threatened when someone expresses a viewpoint that differs from his.

Again, I have already conceded that Trump's rhetoric satisfies the primary political issues of many posters here. But my primary issue happens to be limited government. And on that issue, Trump comes up short.

Oh sure, I am intrigued by his calls for auctioning off federal lands and such to satisfy the debt. Yet such statements reveal an ignorance of supply, demand, and the structuring of the debt, so much so that they cannot be taken seriously.

But the underlying theme of all of Trump's rhetoric is the utilization of an even stronger federal government, which of course is the antithesis of my Conservative political viewpoint. I don't need my government to re-negotiate a trade deal with China. I need my government to get the hell out of the way and leave it up to me to decide whether I want to by Chinese goods or not. I don't need my government to begin some 20-year public works project on the Mexican border that will never be completed. I need my government to enforce existing immigration laws and to stop giving free stuff to people here illegally, including education, health care, and the right to work.

imo, the most serious threat this country faces today is its runaway national debt. Over the last eight years, for every dollar raised through taxes, the government printed up another 46 cents. Not borrowed, but printed up. We are being robbed blind through this monetary policy - so much so that for the first time in US history, the next generation will have a lower standard of living than the current one.

These are the issues that I would like to see Donald Trump address. Instead, I hear about embarking on the largest public works project in US history.

That statement makes no sense.

Sure it does! If all you tell someone going for a flu shot is "you're going to get stabbed," it's technically true, but leaves out so much pertinent information such as stabbed with what, where and how deeply, and to what end, that it constitutes a "lie by omission."

That is precisely the nature of your claim about Trump's immigration policy. You neglect to mention the only ones who get back in are for "cause," that those let back in can NEVER get full voting citizenship. Furthermore, you neglect to mention Trump is the only candidate who has voiced the willingness to exercise the presidential prerogative to stop immigration cold for members of enemy religious groups as well as enemy nations.

In short, your statement is not so much "information" as it is "smear."

You have GOT to be kidding! That statement is as asinine as saying the Pope doesn't know the Bible.

You may not like his take on the Bible, you might not agree with his conclusions, you might resent his views on authority, but claiming he is "ignorant" of the subject only leads one to ponder the question of what he knows that you don't.

My statement was purely comparative. I'm not sure how you consider that to be a smear. Trump referred to Romney's 2012 immigration position as "mean-spirited". And because of that, it is difficult to reconcile this mantra of Trump as someone who is going to be tougher on immigration than Mitt Romney.

You neglect to mention the only ones who get back in are for "cause," that those let back in can NEVER get full voting citizenship.

They don't have it now. No change there. Just a free ride home and an open invitation to be expedited back in, except now they will be legal instead of illegal.

You're a n00b to me and still a full fledged CRUZ-AIDE drinker, even on JR's thread, whose message you and your ilk are ignoring.

Take care of the beam in your won eye, before harassing a new sign-up, because he posts the truth.

I'm not sure how you consider that to be a smear.

I thought I explained that quite reasonably. What am I supposed to say to someone who asks me to "open the door" after I've already opened the door?

They don't have it now. No change there. Just a free ride home and an open invitation to be expedited back in, except now they will be legal instead of illegal.

Sure it is. Now it IS possible for them to become voters. That's one hell of a difference.

Furthermore, their access to government services becomes a moot point as those let back in will NOT be as burdens on the taxpayers.

You aren’t a “realist” at at all; rather, you and overtly emotional hysteric, who basing your opinion on your own “feelings” ( how lefty of you, pet )and your own biases. Facts are completely useless to you, as is reality.

Yes...it does seem that way even though they actually can’t...it’s just the freedom to share now is limited as it’ll be like a rallying/cheer leading site for Trump supporters rather than a political discussion site during this election........ I soooo miss it when it was like we knew it to be....now there’s hardly any news unless it’s preceded by Trump. I’m quite excited to be voting for Cruz next week....this is one election where going there will be far more than just an honor and privilege.....it will matter.

I do know in Pa Trump isn’t doing much of anything with delegates as far as an outreach goes...and the activists etc. working for him are complaining the campaign isn’t giving them anything to work with let alone communicate.

But I figured it would be so when Trump was a NO SHOW at the main rally event here in PA.....

I don’t recall either of them saying they were stepping down so until then, or Trump looses reaching the magic number, I’m all for Cruz! Race On!

I believe that the GOP-e is || close to the losing end of a hostile takeover and it is making them squeal. I am enjoying their discomfort greatly. All Trump needs now is a little more momentum and he’s headed to landslide territory, also known as a ‘mandate’. He will crush Hillary, and I will be gleeful to see it. The GOP-e has far less power than you give them credit for. Trump is more pragmatic than you give him credit for. I also do not think GOP-e will be working against Trump for much longer. The Train has left the station.

Vote Trump.
