Clinton’s dismal approval ratings prompt Dem fears

Hillary Clinton’s favorability ratings are historically low and increasingly a concern for her supporters.

Clinton is now viewed unfavorably by 55 percent of the electorate, according to the HuffPost Pollster average, which tracks findings from 42 different polling outfits. Only 40.2 percent of people view her favorably, according to that average.

An Associated Press/GfK poll released last week also found 55 percent giving Clinton an unfavorable rating. In the most recent Gallup poll, released late last month, her unfavorable number was 53 percent versus only 42 percent who saw her favorably. Even Democrats acknowledge those findings are a problem.

“They’re pretty bad,” said Democratic strategist Brad Bannon, who connected the poor poll numbers to separate findings that show a broad number of Americans don’t trust Clinton.

“The No. 1 reason that her favorability is so bad is that you have large numbers of Americans who say they don’t trust her,” he said. “I could make it sound more complicated than that, but that’s really what it is. Voters see her as the ultimate politician, who will do or say anything to get elected.”

That's why the Democrats threw Wisconsin to Cruz.

They needed the crluzer in the race still, because the Red Queen is struggling.

So if she and Trump gets the nomination, we have two candidates that start out not being liked by the general public.

I want to know who on this blue planet actually finds her trustworthy? I know those who will vote for her but will agree she’s not honest

There are still a lot of people who trust her to give them stuff.

Dismal they may be but they’re still better than Trump’s.

She has nothing to fer if Trump is the nominee. His unfavorables are nearly 70%. Outside of his sect of supporters, no one can stand him.

Which is damn mystifying.

Trump doesn’t have a record of abject failure that Killary has. Shows you the power of the Knee pad Media in defining candidates.

Ah well then, the country is truly lost if this is true. The power of free-crap trumps everything else, even Trump.

It was 47% when Romney ran. It’s probably closer to 52%, all the Demtards need.

They won’t when Trump gets through with her for sure. Most people I know that are voting for her would prefer Sanders but dislike Trump even more.

What tripe. More Establishment distortion.

Try as I might, I can never get any of the "push poll propaganda parrots" to answer the following reasonable questions:

Q: If indeed Donald Trump will be so easy for Hillary to beat, then why are all of these anti-Trump Media outlets so intent on convincing GOP voters of that notion? You'd think they'd want to de-emphasize such info in order to get the easiest opponent possible for their preferred candidate, right?

Q: Alternately, do these Media outlets (known water-carriers for the Left/Establishment) somehow have the best interest of the GOP voters at heart? Are they trying to heroically save GOP voters from making a bad decision?

I've asked these questions at least a dozen times, and haven't got an answer even once from the fanboys who willingly spread this Establishment propaganda.

Put Hillary up against Cruz and no one will bother showing up to vote.

Trump has done a pretty good job of defining himself. Hence his abysmal ratings among single women, married women, Hispanics, African-Americans, college educated....

I disagree. Trump is the guy who, to varying degrees, people love to hate. If many of those folks were asked “who hasn’t been bought by deep pocket donors”, “who would you like to have as a boss”, “who will stop unnecessary immigration”, “who will balance the budget”, “who will represent our interests best in both trade and keeping the US safe”, “who will protect US jobs for US workers”, it’s a whole different result. I suspect folks are more than ready for a Trump presidency, across the political spectrum, as the best way to castrate the political class and their owners.

The media will always report on the GOP candidates differently than the Dem candidates.

But my question to the inside the Trump is really loved bubble who insist every poll taken that shows Trump with high unfavorables is nothing more than push polls or just Establishment distortions is if they believe that polls all showing Trump with high unfavorables are wrong, then are the ones that all show Hillary with high unfavorables also wrong? I’m talking polls taken outside the Trump is really loved bubble.

Right. Then the only one who can win is Kasich, per the same pole. (half like him and half don’t)

All Republicans are defined by the media this way.

I don’t get where Trump has defined himself in any particular way.

I know people who would vote for Joe Isuzu so long as their government check kept coming.
