Captain obvious here again, but NeverTrump/NeverCruz is not the way. We all have our favorites, but don't lose sight of the mission.
The mission on FR is to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our POSTERITY!!
It's a lot bigger than you or me or our personal opinions or egos. It's about the very survival of our nation and the promise of freedom for future generations.
Reagan said that freedom is never more than one generation from extinction and he was 100% correct.
President Clinton or President Sanders means the end of freedom in America.
Do not let freedom expire on our watch!!

Delegates are not the Washington establishment. They are local political activists. They work for the good of the people in most cases, which is why they are presently rejecting candidates that the MSM are shoving in our faces.
Most of them are quite amenable to Cruz, because they have just witnessed the way that the MSM have tried to bypass and destroy him and substitute one of their own, whom they have groomed and advanced through the primary.
The mendacious farce is the “billionaire” that they wish to use to destroy our chance at a conservative victory.

Cruz does not need the apparatus of the GOP machine.
He knows how to run his own campaign, and has done so.
The GOP machine is standing by to replace him with another if he should stumble. I don’t think he will.
Like Cruz, you misunderestimate the irretrievable loss of “good will” Cruz is self-inflicting with every underhanded delegate maneuver.
Oh, Cruz can cite “the rules,” but disenfranchised voters don’t give a rip about RNC rules.
Voters will only care that their votes didn’t matter.
Cruz can play chess all by himself and his scant following.

Hillary stands no chance against Cruz. Bernie would likely be a harder candidate to beat; he doesn’t have the personal stink factor like Hillary and Trump do.

In honesty, it is out of disgust and regret. This people will NOT endure what our brethren endure on a daily basis in the third world. Not with their faith intact.

God bless your work for the Lord. I met some Christians from China and they were discussing the huge boom in Christianity under their persecution. When the western missionaries went back in after China was opened up again they figured all the Christians would be gone. They found millions instead! They thrived under persecution!
The one guy said “So in China, we pray that you Americans will be persecuted so that your faith will increase.”
Afterwords I went up to him and said “Thank you for thinking of us and your prayers. But can you knock it off!” We laughed. (Well he did. I sort of did.)
He is right though. So often our faith gets stronger when that is the only thing left to rely on.

Rick Lazio is a MUCH better debater than Ted and he can think on his feet, which Cruz is incapable of doing!
Hillary WILL destroy Cruz in less than 2 minutes flat, in any presidential debate!
The masses are NOT for Cruz! If they were, he would NOT now be trailing Trump so badly.
Trump has won more than double the number of states than Ted and in the next few weeks that lead will greatly expand.
Ted is unappealing to the vast majority of the populace, the new people that Trump has brought in shan't vote for Cruz, and IF you choose to discount the facts that I have posted, you are a bigger fool than I think you are, already.
Pat Buchanan is also leaning in the direction of a Trump/cruz ticket. I get it, and Cruz is 45 with plenty of time. If it’s the only way to go so be it.

The way people passionately attack Cruz or Trump, you would think that they *want* a Hillary presidency, just out of spite!

Delusions of grandeur, but let's just take your thinking out a bit:
The math: Trump, if he doesn't go over the top in the first ballot, will likely be less than a hundred delegates short, likely around 50 or less.
Cruz, will have somewhere between 800 and 900 delegates going in, likely closer to 800. That's if the next two weeks go as forecast, and these states are actual votes that the pollsters have been pretty good at.
Okay, so with that math going in, how does Cruz ever win? Answer: Two ways.
1. He is so well liked, and so compelling, he finally pulls the GOP together and they all go kumbayah and vote him over the top.
2. He cuts a deal with the GOP elites, they pull out all the stops, ram him through, and have a newly minted, newly bought candidate.
So.....since we all know #1 will never happen, the math alone should give you a hint (along with his not so likable personality), that means the only way he wins is with scenario #2.
If he does that, and it will be clear if he does that to win, it will be known, it will be obvious, and it will put a fissure in the party that will blow it out of the water worse than the Whigs were.
If that happens, say goodbye to your ass as it flies further away from you. If that happens Ted Cruz will be hated on the right, by members of the right for a generation or more.
I realize you can't see this, and thankfully it looks like Trump WILL get the delegates to go over the top on the first ballot.
If he doesn't stop after this next two weeks when he is mathematically eliminated, good luck getting Cruz elected to dog catcher after this run.
