Conservative icon Phyllis Schlafly has been a national leader of the conservative movement since the publication of her best-selling 1964 book, A Choice Not An Echo. She has been a leader of the pro-family movement since 1972 when she led the fight to defeat the Equal Rights Amendment.
Phyllis Schlafly is 91 years-old.
On March 11, 2016 conservative icon Phyllis Schlafly endorsed Donald Trump for President at his St. Louis rally.
But not everyone in her organization, Eagle Forum – or her family – agreed with Phyllis Schlafly’s decision.
Last week Phyllis Schlafly released several board members for disloyalty to the organization. The group was planning to hold rogue board meeting to take over the Eagle Forum.
Today the rogue Cruz supporters attempted a coup.
They held a non-sanctioned meeting and blocked Phyllis Schlafly from their conference call.
This email was sent out Monday afternoon.
St. Louis, Missouri:
“At 2pm today, 6 directors of Eagle Forum met in an improper, unprecedented telephone meeting. I objected to the meeting and at 2:11pm, I was muted from the call. The meeting was invalid under the Bylaws but the attendees purported to pass several motions to wrest control of the organization from me. They are attempting to seize access to our bank accounts, to terminate employees, and to install members of their own Gang of 6 to control the bank accounts and all of Eagle Forum.
“The members of their group are: Eunie Smith of Alabama, Anne Cori of Missouri, Cathie Adams of Texas, Rosina Kovar of Colorado, Shirley Curry of Tennessee, and Carolyn McLarty of Oklahoma.
“This kind of conduct will not stand and I will fight for Eagle Forum and I ask all men and women of good will to join me in this fight.”

as for a link my info started out from a radio interview in the early 1980s in which a director was asked was there any time/occasion when an abortion was OK ???
I as an early pro-lifer smiled expecting to hear this woman to answer as I would have done “NEVER !!!”
I was shocked/stunned/appalled and screamed at my radio and called her up on the phone and talked to her at the radio station before she left..I read her the riot act and set her straight telling that so called director of the so called “right to life” that she and her organization were NOT pro-life...
From my stance as an early pro-lifer before it was cool to be one and while the pro-life fight was still being called “a Catholic issue” and therefore of no importance to many “conservatives” I had the right to judge the idiotic waste of words coming from that ghoul of a female...
what had that director answered that had gotten me into such a righteous indignation state ???
The director answered “Yes, in the case of rape, incest, or the life/health of the “mother” abortion is OK/acceptable/etc”

I just heard lyin’ Ted on the radio insinuating that Paul Ryan had to come out and make the announcement that he wouldn’t take the nomination because he was getting death threats from Trump supporters......lolololololololololol.....of course you sweet little Cruz supporters would never do such a thing! Seriously, I have never seen this kind of internecine warfare. If either Trump or Cruz can emerge from a relatively united convention they can beat whoever the dem candidate is. If this keeps up and people stay home, the dems win.
I remember the Reagan/Mulrooney years. Peace, freedom, and prosperity were enjoyed by all. Four years of Hillary or Bernie could very well mean the death of your republic. People should really contemplate that possibility.
I can not help but wonder if the Republican Party realizes the grave damage self inflicted(?).
Being a Trump supporter, I have tried to imagine how I will feel about supporting Republican candidates in November. Right now I just don’t have any good feeling at all about “my party”. Quite the opposite. I look at the Party as a “them” thing that I detest. I have never felt this way about the Republican Party. I have never voted Democrat. Right now I just don’t know if I can even vote for my home Republicans. Sad.

What I am saying is this: If your man is not nominated and you get mad and stay home you are virtually voting for the dem candidate which could be the end of your republic. Personally, I don't want to see that kind of upheaval on the border of my country. You can do what you please, just understand what you are doing.
