YOU WONT BELIEVE THIS! CRUZ SUPPORTERS ATTEMPT COUP AT EAGLE FORUM!
Conservative icon Phyllis Schlafly has been a national leader of the conservative movement since the publication of her best-selling 1964 book, A Choice Not An Echo. She has been a leader of the pro-family movement since 1972 when she led the fight to defeat the Equal Rights Amendment.
Phyllis Schlafly is 91 years-old.
On March 11, 2016 conservative icon Phyllis Schlafly endorsed Donald Trump for President at his St. Louis rally.
But not everyone in her organization, Eagle Forum or her family agreed with Phyllis Schlaflys decision.
Last week Phyllis Schlafly released several board members for disloyalty to the organization. The group was planning to hold rogue board meeting to take over the Eagle Forum.
Today the rogue Cruz supporters attempted a coup.
They held a non-sanctioned meeting and blocked Phyllis Schlafly from their conference call.
This email was sent out Monday afternoon.
St. Louis, Missouri:
At 2pm today, 6 directors of Eagle Forum met in an improper, unprecedented telephone meeting. I objected to the meeting and at 2:11pm, I was muted from the call. The meeting was invalid under the Bylaws but the attendees purported to pass several motions to wrest control of the organization from me. They are attempting to seize access to our bank accounts, to terminate employees, and to install members of their own Gang of 6 to control the bank accounts and all of Eagle Forum.
The members of their group are: Eunie Smith of Alabama, Anne Cori of Missouri, Cathie Adams of Texas, Rosina Kovar of Colorado, Shirley Curry of Tennessee, and Carolyn McLarty of Oklahoma.
This kind of conduct will not stand and I will fight for Eagle Forum and I ask all men and women of good will to join me in this fight.
This is a developing story-
LOL
Another nastycruzer weighs in, high-fiving the ScumTed Way.
I just think it's hypocritical for one to post multiple threads, and not contribute to the cause.
Walker might be the only candidate that didn’t say these words during the debates. “Ted will you quit lying about my record”. And the only reason Walker didn’t say it is because he got out too soon.
Well said!
Do you even have any evidence for this, or is the new thing Cruzers are doing is just launching unsubstantiated accusations to justify their evil? There was a Cruzer the other night calling Matt Drudge, a Jew, an anti-semite.
Its Schaffly’s forum. She let 6 directors go as in fired. They are now illegally attempting to wrest control of the forum from her.
You're right. In support of Ted Cruz, the end justifies the means...
I’ll connect to his program at he top of next hour, but if it’s a Trump bash or Hail Rafael Cruz the Savior, I’ll look for Laura’s show on the www.
I’ll not have my mood soured for the day.
Saw the following on the web...
/I have learned the difference between a cactus and a caucus. On a cactus, the pricks are on the outside! /
I have been inside a local caucus...and inside a state level caucus...(Texas-conventions)
so...
I guess I am not a Cactus ! ( ; )
I will let Donald Trump be the Cactus.
BTW...in college at a state political caucus(Convention.)..I was taught to lie for political advantage...(yes...I support Cruz)please don’t stop reading.
Hope I have learned to be a better person from all my mistakes...(I don’t think supporting Cruz is a mistake)
but...
/As Mark Twain reputedly quipped, /its not so much what we know that gets us in trouble;
its what we know that just aint so./
We all know, don’t we, that strategic grand master Carl Clauswitzrl von Clausewitz defines war as “the continuation of policy by “other means”
(italics in original). Except he doesnt.
Such an interpretation turns the concept Clausewitz wants to convey on its head. Now consider the proper translation. Pursuing political objectives
“with” other means connotes adding a new implement-namely armed force-to a mix of diplomatic, economic, and informational implements.
rather than dropping them to pick up the sword.
...after combat is joined. In this Clausewitzian view, strategic competition falls somewhere along a continuum
from peacetime diplomacy to high-end armed conflict. The divide between war and peace can get blurry./
http://thediplomat.com/2014/11/everything-you-know-about-clausewitz-is-wrong/
(We ALL assume that lying to our enemy is morally correct...don’t we?)
https://www.vocabulary.com/dictionary/assume
So the real questions are, WHO is the enemy and What are our morals.
I hope and pray that other CONSERVATIVES don’t consider me an enemy... or that political infighting doesn’t lead to a demoncrat being elected.
I can vote for THE DONALD if Cruz is not nominated.
so cruz did not like what a 91 year old woman said and he attacked the 91 year old woman.
Is cruz stuck on stupid?
Dissidents now-—will they later be treated as the kulaks were? The exposed maneuvering within the party is now reminiscent of faction infighting for leadership of the old Soviet politburo.
Ill connect to his program at he top of next hour, but if its a Trump bash or Hail Rafael Cruz the Savior, Ill look for Lauras show on the www.
Ill not have my mood soured for the day.

Ditto onyx!
It didn't take a long at all. All I did was watch Ted Cruz defeat the gang of 8, shut down the government, attempt to kill Obamacare, attempt to shrink spending, attempt to stop Attorney General Lynch, attempt to stop funding for Planned Parenthood, etc... all I kept hearing from the Dems was "NO!" and from the GOPe talking heads "we can't do that". Every time he came up with a new proposal he was met with the same reply..."we can't do that".
Everyone is conservative during a primary. Even lifelong Democrats like Trump can play conservative for a few months. It's during the day to day decision making when you can tell if someone is an ACTUAL conservative. It's how hard you are willing to fight for conservatism that determines whether you are a conservative or not.
Before this primary season Trump called people "mean" for wanting to deport illegals. Ted killed the gang of eight.
Ted shut down the government over Obamacare. The Republican'ts ended up saying "we can't do this". Trump later criticized Cruz for his tough stance and said he was a "maniac".
Ted wanted to shut down the government again over funding Planned Parenthood. The Republican'ts thwarted his plans and said "we can't do that". Trump loves Planned Parenthood and says he wouldn't defund them.
Republican't is the perfect name for ineffective eunichs in the GOPe. They can say all kinds of "conservative" things but when it comes time to do it, they can only say "we can't".
the weird comments and behaviors not to mention the inappropriate self congratulations are very off putting
beyond what would be called “tone deaf”
We begin to see why the man has no friends in DC, none in the US Senate. Not one Senator defended him from the adultery stories, expressed outrage at the accusations, or even cautioned about checking facts
I now think he believes he is on a roll (supreme arrogance), thinks that he skated on the adultery rumors, and that he has no idea he will be gobsmacked by the establishment when they are done with him
Unless someone has made him a hellacious payoff deal of which we are unaware that keeps him happy and confident
Oh for sure. I agree with you.
I think it’s horrid to be here and not donate “something.”
The fact of the matter is that were every regular user (daily user or 5 times a week user) to merely donate $10 Month, we’d have NO NEED to ever hold another FReepathon!
What monkeys flew out of your posterior?
I guess there's NOTHING too low for a cruzer to stoop to, if it advances the cause of Das TedLeader.
Due to your politeness i just made the same donation i made yesterday, have a good day.
Yeah, I have put my life on the line when it counted.
I don’t see anyone on a Trump thread on FR worth dying over. With the behavior that has become common on Trump threads there is nothing that is likely to make me want to vote Trump.
More and more it appears to be a radicalized echo chamber of people throwing temper tantrums as they destroy the conservative movement from within.
