Yes, and regarding Thad Cochran, Cruz and Paul made a deal with McConnell to not tea party primary from the right in the 2014 election. That is why we got Thad and others. Cruz is an insider...He filibustered to gain National attention, but beyond speeches, what has he done...some of his votes have not been conservative at all .

You know this is something that has been bothering me also, with ALL of the Cruz shenanigans why in the hell can’t his delegates have buyers remorse and vote Trump!!! I mean this guy has become VERY UNLIKABLE why won’t his delegates switch and ditch!!!
Rush isn’t accidentally calling Cruz an insider and establishment. He never does these things accidentally.
Cruz is working the system as only an insider can. He is establishment.

Funny about “rules” and “legalism.” Both Jesus and Paul warned about this. Paul said that the law exists if one uses it properly. A key concept in American legal history is the SPIRIT of the law vs. the letter of the law.
Nothing is more clear than that Cruz is raping the “spirit” of the law, namely that voters elect their representatives.

Cruz is nothing more than a stop-Trump tool, like Rubio was the face of the gang of 8 comprehensive immigration — until it passed the Senate. After that, it was Schumer and McCain who were on the TV new programs taking bows, while Rubio was demoted to the sideline.

I can't find something so old, but I said before Romney every got the nomination that unless people were willing to get in the trenches and take over the Republican machine the same down and dirty way the radicals took over the democrat party we'd be doomed to having whoever the elite said we could have as a candidate.
So, here we are, the corrupt bastards cheat a million or so people out of their votes in Colorado and the elite GOPe try to spin it as Trump not being the good deal maker he claims to be.
The fact of the matter is, Trump isn't an insider and Cruz is, that's the bottom line and just who could have made any difference back in March other than an insider? Someone had to start not in March of 2015, but more like November of 2014 to have made any difference in Colorado in March of 2015.
So, when was Cruz elected to the Senate ? How long after that date was November of 2014 ? Answer that and you have the answer to why the Republicans in the Senate don't like Cruz and it has nothing to do with Cruz being an "outsider". It has to do with Cruz running for President as soon as he walked in the door of the Senate rather than waiting his turn.
It doesn’t matter who released the Melania photo. When one poses for Playboy ...well, I don’t know who she posed for ... that one was supposedly taken on Trump’s plane ...it was not a secret photo and Trump was proud of it.
The Ugly Heidi thing was childish and disgusting. I’ve taken several screen grabs of beautiful women on TV and it is totally easy for them to look ugly while they are talking.
Trump tweeted and then re-tweeted a screen grab of Heidi (who is a very attractive woman) and compared it to a studio shot of his model wife. How mature is that, Donald? You’ll be seventy in a month. Shouldn’t you be past the ‘my dad can beat up your dad’ stage. Or the ‘my wife is prettier than your wife.’
If Rush castigated Trump for that, he should have.
And the public didn’t react that well to it either.
