As Bob Dylan told us long ago, You dont need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows. These days, a foul wind blows from City Hall.
With subpoenas issued, investigations spreading and at least one federal grand jury at work, the question isnt whether Bill de Blasios administration has a corruption problem. The questions are how big is the problem, how many agencies are tainted and how high up the pecking order does it go? [ ]
The two biggest and most recent scandals involve lucrative gifts and cash given to current and former top officers in the NYPD, and the removal of a deed restriction and sale of a city-owned Manhattan building that netted private investors a cool $72 million profit.
The rub is that both cases feature donors who contributed large sums to the mayors campaign and his slush fund. That would suggest the fish stinks from the head.

Much like Hillary, Bill will have his Huma to park under the nearest bus.
He is a communist and communists make sure they end up rich.
The purpose of the Democrat Party is to elect thieves to office so that they have access to the public treasuries so they can loot them.
This piece of excrement is selling off all possible pieces of NYC, especially the last few pieces of green space, to please and benefit his real estate campaign donors. He engineered the carriage horse “crisis”, which no one else seemed to be aware of, to force a sale of the choice real estate occupied by the horses’ stables. That he would deprive people of their livelihood and likely get the horses sent to slaughter did not enter into what passes for a mind in this dangerous idiot. He has now re-allowed the carrying of cell phones in schools, guaranteeing that students will have them plastered to their faces or fingers and learning nothing from lessons they are not paying attention to. He continues NYC’s status as a haven for illegal immigrants and criminals while tying ICE and NYPD’s hands. As a result of this, stabbings have had a meteoric rise now. Al Sharpton is one of his main advisors. The DeASSio wife, Chirlane McCray, is given a $350,000 budget by him in her official duties-—to which NO ONE elected her. She recently allocated $500,000 of taxpayer money to a Muzzie organization. How on earth does she have authority to allocate taxpayer money-—she is nothing but a piece of trash, having NO official elected status.
Color me unsurprised.
How big were the these donations that are getting him into trouble and how big were the donations Trump sent him?
New York values.
No. HIS values. The values of greed, corruption, narcissism, and stupidity. Not all NYCers hold these values. Only 23% of NYCers bothered to vote in the last mayoral election, so his election was hardly a landslide or represents the majority of NYCers. Frankly, with the huge influx of illegal immigrants and this freakin' IDIOT's pushing for them to get a NYC I.D. card and other commie mamsers in the NYC Council pushing for ILLEGALS to get VOTING RIGHTS, legitimate NYCers will have their voting rights effectively taken away.
Then, we will have a majority of gibsmedats. And who's gonna pay for them? The few people who actually get out of bed to go to work instead of staying there to manufacture more welfare dependents and anchor spawn?
I feel your pain. Yet 77% of New Yorkers didn’t care enough about their liberty, fighting corruption, really improving education, stopping propaganda, and resisting the left’s destruction of our nation, to vote. When I was in Vermont I believed that the libtards only made up about 35% of Vermonters. The rest were really generally conservative Americans that just needed a reason to get out and vote. I was wrong. Most of them don’t give a d@mn about anything and the rest support the Marxists but don’t vote. The true fact was about 30% of Vermonters were patriotic and that is the truth. A lot of them didn’t bother to vote either. I understand your passion and love of your city but the actions of NY City citizens display their political, and to some extent, their moral values for all to see. It wasn’t always that way but it is that way now.
I don’t think Trump could donate to deBlasio since he has city contracts, according to this:
http://www.nationalreview.com/article/420704/donald-trump-its-time-constitutional-showdown-mayor-de-blasio-david-french
and there’s also this:
“Asked whether hed ever donate to current New York mayor Bill de Blasio, Trump said, No, and I dont think hed even ask me. Hes super liberal and it would be too much for me. Im a conservative person, as you know.
I hope he ends up in prison. Hes a miserable S.O.B.
Let’s see... what was De Blasio’s real name ?
No, no, no - you can’t blame a guy for corruption who’s against big sodas and snuff in ballparks.
Even in revolutionary times one third were for the crown, one third for the patriots and one third undecided or apathetic. Seems like the numbers still split that way.

“The purpose of the Democrat Party is to elect thieves to office so that they have access to the public treasuries so they can loot them.”
I wouldn’t limit this behavior to the Democrat Party. We haven’t had a balanced budget in 30-40 years. Congressional power has been given to unaccountable agencies that make looting harder to trace. This loot enriches those in power and finances the media and re-election campaigns and is a very difficult cycle to break, because EVERYONE is doing it and is very comfortable with it. No Congress person leaves office a pauper. This is the ‘New World Order’.
It surely does. No change since revolutionary days. Something in our DNA that wants a king? One must wonder.
