If he’s not treated fairly (in my opinion), and if he has a solid plan to win ELECTORAL votes, then I will support Trump in a 3rd party run.
And I also would be one to join him. There is nothing left in the Republican Party that comports with my beliefs.
Treated fairly doesn’t include being awarded the nomination...he has to get 1237 delegates the same as everyone else!!!
Eight years of Slick Willie’s nagging, complaining, screeching wife is going to be “fun”! - The GOPe
Of course, his whole purpose for running was to elect his good friend Hillary!
GO TED! Don’t give in to terrorists!
The Republican party is giving him every justification to do so.
more and more here in this state of FL which is a vital win are now saying they will vote for Trump an d no one else as they feel cruz is helping the party and is not telling the truth and people are fed up of the lies and not answering questions.
It would be fun to watch a Clinton lose a three way race. Not as much fun as watching her get indicted, but I don’t have much confidence in DOJ to do the right thing
yea you keep saying that and yet you can’t get it you are helping the establishment and do not be surprised when the establishment you help stabs your guy in the back
That’s not my basis for fairness.
First, the ‘8 states won’ rule must be observed.
Second, the majority delegate winner should be considered the leading part of any ticket.
Third, there must be an effort to bring together a ticket encompassing BOTH of the leading delegate winners.
Fourth, no non-candidate will be eligible by virtue of the ‘8 states won’ rule.
Ya...it’s “not fair” if Trump has to play by the rules and achieve 1237 delegates.
The spoiled child will never change.
Yes, that is puzzling. Why focus ONLY on Trump for public statements of non-support of the nominee?
That is correct I have a feeling that if he does not get the 1237 he will feel like he wasn’t treated fairly...lol
If the nomination is stolen from Trump, and factoring in that the Dem rules are such that Sanders lost before the first primary vote was cast, we need a third party run. If it's one that is established in each state and if Trump chooses his VP wisely (Perot didn't) I'd think he'll earn a plurality in enough states to succeed.
Trump isn’t a Republican and never has been one. His supporters will probably jump ship if he isn’t nominated but a lot of other Republicans will jump ship if he is nominated. The GOP will probably lose this election either way but the party itself will cease to exist as we know it if Trump is its leader. If Trump is turned away then those “new” voters will simply go back to where they came from.
See #13.
The rules say that the nominee must have won 8 states. That is only Trump and Cruz.
Besides, I’m in favor of destroying the establishment more than I’m in favor of the republican party.
Trump can stop that right now by pulling out and backing Cruz, if he really LOVES America as he claims to
