That’s not my basis for fairness.
First, the ‘8 states won’ rule must be observed.
Second, the majority delegate winner should be considered the leading part of any ticket.
Third, there must be an effort to bring together a ticket encompassing BOTH of the leading delegate winners.
Fourth, no non-candidate will be eligible by virtue of the ‘8 states won’ rule.
That is correct I have a feeling that if he does not get the 1237 he will feel like he wasn’t treated fairly...lol
Meanwhile he has the GOPe and Cruz stealing delegates and the GOP blocking candidates instead of just letting there be s contest with a result by the voters.
I think the GOP is burning itself down.
Not picking someone who gets far and away the most votes is a big FU to the plurality of voters who support Trump, and will be the death of the GOP. It just shows how much the party despises the voters. I’ve voted solid GOP for 36 years but this is their last chance as far as I’m concerned. And I’m not alone.

It DOESN’T include every GOPe “elite” jumping on the bandwagon to destroy Trump. Priebus needs to shut up and sit down. He’ll be toast when Trump wins, along with all the others like McConnell, Ryan, et al!

I think that’s the point. Trump is being forced to endure a completely different process than “everyone else”. If ¡Jeb! Was the front runner would the GOP behave the same way? Of course not.

You seem to forget that Americans are extremely angry at the Republican Party for precisely doing this kind of traitorous political machine manipulation to us for 30 years. If the GOPe does this again they must be punished, severely. The GOP should be hounded into the wilderness as a political party never to return. The term “Republican” will be a byword for betrayal and cowardice.
