Texas Sen. Ted Cruz picked up six delegates in Colorado on Saturday, shutting out Donald Trump and Ohio Gov. John Kasich on the opening day of the state's complicated delegate selection process, the state GOP said.
Cruz supporters won all the delegate slots in the state's 1st and 6th congressional districts, representing the Denver and Aurora areas. Delegates from the state's five other districts will be selected on Thursday and Friday.

Donald Chump.
Remember the saying, “America's business is business.”? Ha, you will never hear professional asshole lawyer politicians say that. Go get your profession asshole lawyer politician into the WH. Good for you, sucker.
I have no problem with any of that, but it’s a two way street.
Either the RNC/GOPe plays ball, or Trump has to do it on his own.
They’ve made it perfectly clear their hatred for him.
What is the guy supposed to do?
He’s doing the best he can to continue on in the face of skullduggery and the anti-American reality it represents.
No matter what, Trump does love this nation. That is not something we can say for Hillary, and the RNC/GOPe would rather lateral to her than cross the other team’s goal line.
That’s as evil as it gets.
Source please?
My hypothesis would be that these past 7 - 10, the worst for Trump in terms of PR and yet he rises, may mark the final incline for him, and by that I don't mean his ceiling ... I mean ... because the race is over. Click img to go there ...
Apples and oranges. There were no primaries when Lincoln was elected. The candidate was picked at the convention.
The Canadian is going to win? Goldman Sachs must be very happy
Shhh, these political babies think they know what’s going on, and they don’t. This has nothing to do with them liking Cruz - and everything to do with stopping Trump. They are using Cruz because he is so desperate for people to like him and they don’t. They are using the pitiful little guy.
to hell with voters, and who will support this corruption and the establishment.
So that’s good? That people hate Trump so much they would vote for Cruz?
You people.
Come on.
Basically the only elections that Cruz has won, are the closed Caucus states.
When all the people actually had a chance to vote, they overwhelmingly selected Trump. In virtually every single state.
Cruz won in Texas (his own state) and Oklahoma (next door). There was one other state which was an actual election.
But otherwise all the states in which people actually held a vote, Trump won.
That is not ‘strength’ indicated, for the fall, showing in Cruz’ history.
That just shows, he can win caucuses. Which means he can win, where the GOP structure is strongest.
Trump has been winning where people actually vote.
Consistently.
And he will also pick-up quite a lot of democrats, who are sick and tired of everyone selling out our own country.
Go Trump. :D
They both may have poisoned the well on that option with their recent feud involving their wives.
Who is selecting the delegates? It sure as hell is not the people.
I don’t buy the argument that the GOPe is planning on throwing a lateral to Hillary.
If that were the case, and they truly HATED Trump, don’t you think they would step back and let him run his course?
Why continue to fight? Why bother? They are most definitely crooked and evil, that we can agree on (I don’t agree Ted is a surrogate of the GOPe, I believe they are choosing the lesser of two evils, Trump/Cruz, much as we have had to do for decades now) however they are not stupid.
These are not amateurs, they know exactly what they are doing, the one thing they hate more than conservatives in the lack of power. They know that Trump would doom the party in the general.
Any honest person can see that. Look at his disapproval numbers. It will not contain itself on the Presidential ticket either. Its up and down, we’re talking major disaster level routing at the polls. The Senate and even the House would be in play...
Trump may have wonderful intentions (once again, where I disagree, I think he says whatever he can to get elected) but facts are facts. His 70% disapproval rating is record shattering. It would be great if people believed him and loved him, but they don’t. He’s won elections marginally in almost every one, and really has yet to capture a true majority.
The crowded field played to his advantage.
But now that it has narrowed, that 70% disapproval will come showing its face, and he’s going to struggle going forward.
Come the general, if he wins the nomination, it will show its face again. Only then, its going to have a lasting impact and lead to our destruction.
Nothing is “clean” in this process.
I find it interesting that the GOPe is selecting the delegates and the Scruz people have no problem with it. By the way it was the GOPe who canceled the vote by the people.
Donald is still learning. Everyone be nice to him.
I don’t think so.
Both have justifiable positions. Ted himself, did not first attack Trump’s wife.
That said, a campaign contributor of sorts of Cruz, did launch the first strike. That was uncalled for, and was why Trump responded.
So while Cruz himself did not actually start things, his campaign (in a way) did. Completely.
So they are both right.
I think that was very unfortunate, but can be worked around. Not a problem in my book.
(of course, it wasn’t a member of my family, so it could be different to them)
They’re both adults, and so are their wives.
They understood there would be stuff like that.
Move on.

In this post it should have been 70% of the 53%, not the other way around, as I inadvertently stated.
