Twenty-four-year-old Naja Eva Haynes of Kentucky was recently arrested after bypassing TSA agents and boarding a Delta plane. The incident occurred on March 24 when Haynes drove to Nashville International Airport, walked through Lane 4 of security without stopping for screening or showing a boarding pass or ID, proceeded to gate B5 where she pushed her way past a few airline agents, boarded the plane, and sat in a back row. She did not have identification on her.
When Haynes was approached and asked for her ID, she refused, saying only, My name and faith are my ID, USA Today reported. She also refused to leave the plane, causing officers to put her in handcuffs and forcibly escort her off. Officials then brought a security dog on board to check for any issues.
A TSA spokesperson told WTVF that retraining will occur to prevent further issues like this: TSA officials at Nashville International Airport immediately initiated an inquiry into the incident. An employee was placed on non-screening duty pending final determination of the inquiry, but has since resigned. TSA is taking this incident seriously and will retrain employees as necessary to ensure compliance with standard operating procedure.
As of now, Haynes is out of jail on bond. She was scheduled to be in court on Monday, but the case was pushed back until Thursday. According to multiple sources, she has not yet met with her lawyer.
I had no trouble boarding a plane in the early bunch in Vienna last fall. I just walked in next to a guy in a wheelchair. I don’t remember whether they even checked my ticket. However, at my next stop (Munich) I was targeted for extra screening. LOL
Well, when test runs are done most things get past the screening. I see loads of them “on duty” in groups talking, phones in hand, etc.. The biggest change to aircraft security since 9/11 is the passenger mindset. We would never allow it to happen today. The rest is just for show.
Next time you fly, look at how the ticket is structured, the cost of the flight is only about half of the total. The rest is for taxes, fees, security, etc...
It's called "Black Privilege".
“An employee was placed on non-screening duty pending final determination of the inquiry, but has since resigned.”
Uh, what? Did the gov really expect this employee to physically stop this woman? Really? And get arrested for assault?
Heck... she mighy’ve blown up.
Her Jedi mind powers are impressive.

“Uh, what? Did the gov really expect this employee to physically stop this woman? Really? And get arrested for assault?”
Yup. . .you want badge-heavy mouth-breathing TSA goons the power to physically stop you?
TSA goons have no authority to stop anyone.
The police do.
TSA can call and watch and follow, but they should never be given the right to physically detain you. . .we see too many TSA abuses as it stands now, imagine the 7-11 rejects given arrest authority. . .whoa. . .
There’s a good reason TSA is unarmed.
Love made the top 10 list for gun grabs last year, and would rank even higher than 8th if you calculated it on a per passenger basis. (DFW was in first place with almost 3 times the number of guns seized.)
“When Haynes was approached and asked for her ID, she refused, saying only, My name and faith are my ID,”
I don’t believe “Gentlemen prefer Haynes!”
We got the better part of the deal...lol.
It was a good move for him, it was (past) time for him to spread his wings.
And now that they know they can muscle onto an aircraft at the gate if they act quickly enough, it will probably be a suicide bomber next time. Imagine a fully fueled and boarded aircraft going up at the gate with others parked nearby. Time to replace the collaborator in the White House with someone serious about the threats we face (and that excludes both of the addled old fools the Dems want to saddle us with).
This is the reason why TSA agents are so feared and respected! I’ll bet a dozen of them just watched, shook their heads, then went about their business.
Writing TRUMP in chalk on the threshold of every passenger plane would make TSA obsolete.
So nobody dared stop her ‘cause that would be raciss?
I've been targeted for extra screening several times. They always claimed they'd detected nitrates on my laptop. I don't understand how that could happen, but it has.
Well, I was wearing cowboy boots.
She has the glassy, protuberant eyes, and disheveled look of mental illness.
And looks like no one taught her what a hairbrush was for.
