Roger Stone encouraged Trump supporters to rally at the RNC convention in July to prevent the party from stealing the nomination from Trump.
“The big steal is on,” Stone averred.
Stone, the onetime campaign manager for Donald Trump, continued:
“Go to Cleveland. Come to Cleveland. Don’t let the big steal go forward without massive protest. Peaceful, nonviolent protest. So, as they used to say, don’t wait for orders from headquarters. Ride to the sound of the guns. I don’t mean to imply violence on that. I mean: Ride to where the action will be. We have to let the Republican bosses and the kingmakers and the insiders and the lobbyists know that we’re not going to stand for the big steal. So if you are a Trump supporter, make plans now. Take a bus! Hitchhike! Carpool! Take a train! Fly, if you can afford it. We need you in Cleveland.”
I’m on vacation that week with general plans to drive west into Ohio from PA with my ultimate destination somewhere else.
In a general sense, I agree with Mr. Stone. I happen to support Ted Cruz but I don’t support dirty tricks either and think Cruz owes his current status to Trump, who did the dirty work of taking out the GOPe lineup of candidates.
Never has there been specific individuals who were not even on the radar just 8 years ago, trying to call the shots of who should be the Republican nominee.
Notice the Bush's and Romney have gone Silent. They are still working behind the scenes to take out Trump but they do not want to be called out of ridiculed for their dirty deeds.
Do not forget who is orchestrating this attempt to take out Trump. It is the Bush family, Romney and former VP Paul Ryan.
Are you kidding? Romney and Bush tell Ryan and Reince Priebus how high to jump and they do it. The Bushes, Romney, Ryan and Priebus do not want the criticism which is why all of the sudden they are only using surrogates and Super Pacs to attempt to take out Trump. Bush family is LIVID that Trump is still the front runner and have vowed along with their surrogates to take out Trump. Jealousy.
The Bush's and Romney are hiding behind Priebus and Ryan this week. Only because they think they can use Walker.
Oh, heyyyy remember us? We are working behind the scenes in an attempt to have Trump lose because WE find Trump's pedigree unworthy of someone who should be President and beneath our own pedigree. How dare a New York entrepreneur think they can move into the Whitehouse without our Bush dynasty blessing? Just who does Trump think he is? We own the Presidency but we will only use our surrogates to take him out because we refuse to own our manipulations.

Bottom line, the Bush's think they are BETTER than Trump in society. They think their pedigree is much greater than Trumps. This is pure snobbery and jealousy from the Bush camp. Trump isn't good enough for them. Yet America continues to disagree. This campaign cycle has been very humbling for the Bush's and all they know to do is retaliate undercover. They are embarrassed that America has finally said NO to their family.
To rally for Trump, his supporters will first have to get one of the cars on their front lawn to start. Could affect turnout.

There is absolutely no doubt. This man , at age 69, is spending his own money to give back to the nation that permitted his success. He loves this country enough to put his money where his mouth is. He has stepped UP. I bet you never stepped up in your life? Let us know who you like and I will show you a political whore who isn’t worth a crap.

I like Trump, but when he starts depending on people like Roger Stone, it brings Trump down too.
The Donald needs to keep quiet sometimes, and not have people like Roger Stone speaking for him in any way.
Great ideas, but how do you get either of their egos to agree with your plan.
I know you’re excited about your man, but there are many, many military, political and other leadership figures whose legacies will never be surpassed by the likes of Trump.
So, let’s do keep with a modicum of reality here.

Just like Romney and the Bushes should keep quiet when openly attacking the front runner because they are jealous?
