Oh thanks for the update! Just heard him saying he’s focused on trying to keep both Trump and Cruz - or whoever - viable to beat Hillary. Says the Trump statement last night energized the Dems.

Doesn’t affect me, Rush is so blatant in his attacks on Trump and defense of Cruz that I find it hard to believe most don’t see through it.

Now Rush is saying Trump’s abortion remark killed his campaign, gave the Democrats the ammo they need for the general.

Everybody calls Trump supporters stupid, yet Cruz supporters and people like Levin and Rush, actually believe that Cruz can get the nomination. They don't have enough vision or foresight to see that Cruz is being used and it is Cruz who will ultimately bring about an establishment nominee, once the gopE tosses him aside. Let's face it, if Trump doesn't prevail, it's over for all the outsiders. The media is stockpiling their Cruz ammo for the right time, and Cruz in his ultimate egoism, really thinks he is making inroads.

Now is as good a time as ever to take this battle on. Trump is the biggest thing for America since Reagan. The Republicans should embrace him and run with it. And if they actually believed in their own conservative platform, they’d do it.

Trump’s positions are rebuilding the Reagan coalition. I don’t see this happening with Cruz. And any RINO they put in will be a sure-loser.

That is the root of his appeal to me. I am so sick of seasoned politicians. They are liars, followers and whores.

This is why I am very upset with his walking back of what he said yesterday.

As it has been said many times, you know you are over the target when you are taking flak. He was definitely over the target yesterday with his answer. Today he is trying to fly to safe harbor.

It really bothers me. America needs a leader.

I still support Trump. I can forgive mistakes. I still gotta be honest though, it’s just the way I am.

Just as I thought Rush never mentioned that sCruz took the opposing position of “no they shouldn’t be prosecuted.”

But did mention that sCruz is leading in WI, where Trump was at 30%.

Actually, his "no they shouldn't be punished" is his latest iteration. He was asked the question earlier and did what he does best, deflects. If women should not be punished, why didn't he say so then, when instead he answered like this:

Sen. Ted Cruz was more deft in his handling of a question about abortion criminalization than Donald Trump.

Trump once again hijacked the news cycle with some incendiary remarks Wednesday, telling MSNBC’s Chris Matthews that there should be “some punishment” for women who get an abortion.

And Cruz is the CONSISTENT conservative ...

She has a history of trying to change her voice.

Despite her claims that she doesn't mind criticism, she and her cynical handlers know full well that her icepick-frequency voice is hugely off-putting even to her own supporters. Combined with her fleeaatt nasal Illinois accent it is truly annoying.

She has been taught to use breath control and speak in what, for her, is a basso register. But a leopard can't change its spots and when she's agitated the old screech returns quickly.

It's safe to assume that he's incompetent at that sort of work, or at least "rusty," since his full time job is administration. He'll be so full of deference, and he'll make many errors of omission. The ultimate goal is to whitewash the homebrew server, and to the extent possible, dispel the cloud over Hillary. This is not a mission for the truth -- nothing the government does is a mission for the truth.
