Dear Jim,
This is how i begin my responses, most of the time.
When i make a reply, to another freeper posting,
i address them directly, with statement in question,
poised as an ‘re:’
‘You’ is very ambiguous.

I find an occasional “nugatory” or “didgeridoo” useful for flame control.

This subject is, from a distance, humorous.
To me it is like two starving men at a buffet fighting it out over which is better, the roast beef or the turkey.
And I might add the ‘perfect’ is the enemy of the ‘great’.

I’ve voted for the GOPe candidate until the cows came home.
Voted Mitt last time. - They ALL lost. Feels like futility.
Now, YOU are sayin’ vote for the GOPe candidate even if they
finagle and work their crooked magic to get him nominated?
Or do I misunderstand YOU? -

Totally agree. Some of my comments have been on the WAY sarcastic side, and meant to inflame. I will stop.
Can we add a few more rules
No nasty comments about candidates families
No jokes about mental illness
No comments about the physical characteristics of people we don't like
Can we stick to
Comments about policies
Chances of winning
Arguing about polls
I used to love this site. In the last few months I have been
Physically Threatened
Told to get cancer
Called a liar
I admit I was also at fault, I take responsibility, I ask for forgiveness to those I have offended.
But cmon. It's over.

I like to use “ewe” instead.
If I’m attacking someone from a Latin American, I use “hew” - just so I get my point across. In extreme cases, I use “Ud.”
Just a capital “U” works if I am cursing.

Also, you can avoid the other 10% by avoiding the word “delusional” unless of course you are addressing a Democrat.
