Greta Van Susteren and her “On the Record” panel discussed the battery charges against Campaign Manager Corey Lewandowski today by a Florida court.
Greta started the segment by playing Donald Trump’s presser with reporters today on the Michelle Fields hoax. Trump told reporters,
“ “I’m not going to let a person’s life be destroyed over somebody that we have on tape. And you just take a look at what people are saying when they see that incident on tape. And no jury, in my opinion, no jury would convict a man and destroy a man over what you had here.”
Tonight former homicide detective Ted Williams and former prosecutor Katie Phang joined Greta to discuss the case.
Greta and her guests all agreed there is no way they can win this case in court and the only reason Corey was charged was because he is associated with Donald Trump. Greta said,
“In my wildest dreams I don’t see how a jury ever convicts on this with all the ambiguity. In fact, it looks like two Secret Service who were protecting Donald Trump are reaching for her. I don’t know whether or not that is what is provoking the bruises or not. That’s the problem. Here’s your reasonable doubt right there.”

I’m objectively looking at a tape of someone doing their job and getting roughed up for it by a hotheaded wanker who is rightly being prosecuted for misdemeanor battery.
He doesn’t yank her back...he holds her back...Trump is moving forward...look at the space.

So the video clearly shows that both Donnie and Corey lied about the interactions.
Corey tweeted she was never close to him and she was delusional.
Donnie is on video saying she made the whole thing up.
Like it or not, It will not play well with that 70% of the Women that dislike ole Donnie already. YOu can bet the ads are already being made....like 'To Donald Trump women are objects to be used and tossed away...if they Complain it's their fault.' Cut to video showing her being grabbed and then donalds first comments on video saying it was all made up/followed by the latest 'Who knows, maybe she had them before hand' Ending with a Video clip of a man being arrested with a women beaten in the background saying "To Donald Trump-The Women always have it coming."

You can tell it's getting to him. He got in a shouting match this morning on Fox when he called in, attacked Megyn AGAIN and they challenged him on it. I eagerly await his threat to sue Fox for airing his original claim that the Reporter made it all up.

I remember O'Reilly being PUSHED hard at a campaign event for getting to close to a candidate - he didn't have to sue like this GAL to get attention
She was not ripped back. Not even close. Noting happened. This will disappear as quickly as it appeared. Fields likes to chase ambulances nothing else.

At 21:57:48.463 Miller has regained her step, Lewandowski is 3 feet in front of her.
At 21:57:48.963 Miller is at full step trying to catch Trump, who is now 5-6 feet away.
In 1-1/2 seconds she goes from being stopped to full pursuit.
Trump is 5-6 feet away.
3 feet of movement on her part would have been more than a stumble, especially in heels. And would have taken longer to recover pursuit from.
The fact she moved on the way she did, shows this wasn't the most traumatic thing in her life since her dad died, the way she claimed.

You know someone leaned on law enforcement. This case is ridiculous.
She’s moving forward too, and then suddenly when Corey Lewandowski reaches in and grabs her arm she moves backward. Look at her change of pace and Lewandowski’s (the crewcutted homosexual, not the secret service agent) as he grabs her arm and yanks her backward and accelerates himself forward. It’s so obvious from this and other angles that she was bodily yanked against her will by the guy.
Her boyfriend is named Jamie Weinstein, and he’s a reporter, too.
So what’s your thing? Are you a Paulbot or Cruzer? Your hyperbole isn’t going to fly around here.
Admittedly these are still shots of the situation, but it’s also by far the best angle showing what happened. I am no Trump apologist, but this seems to me to be a slip& fall level of lawsuit at best. If he hurt her arm, at no time in the sequence did she show it, or express the level of surprise that something like that happened. There’s one shot that could be her reacting to Corey, and I suppose it all depends on how much happens between each of these shots. It would appear to me more of a reporter who was close to getting the scoop and recalculating if she might get second opportunity as she continues to follow Trump towards the door.
She definitely got moved out away from Trump, but that does not mean it was violent. Only that if it was requested that he not be bothered, and she did not obey those directives. Notice no other reporters around Trump asking questions. Only a couple photographers and then suits who are not even paying attention to Trump. Probably a mix of SS, staff and event coordinators focused on his exit.
So what. There is nothing there. Additionally, she was warned twice not to touch Trump and back off. She ignored it. She got what she deserved. That is obvious.
Are you really that dense? She filed a complaint with the Police department. THEY investigate and file charges with the Prosecutor's office. Sheesh. Atleast get a clue as to what you are about to converse about before posting.... Damned.
I looked again at the video. He grabbed her by her jacket...you can see it bunched up.
It’s all hands on deck when Protecting someone who has death threats from every angle - and hate thrust upon him from every angle. Have you forgotten about Squeaky Fromme? Hinckley? Or the infamous Sirhan Sirhan??? OSWALD???
There is one guy that I often see with Trump. He was the last one on the podium when the nut job jumped the barricade and went after Trump. I don’t know if he is SS. I don’t know if he was in that media Scrum.
But many many people think someone will try to take out Trump. Don’t jump the SS protection line if you don’t want to risk being moved out of the way.
Yep, but in America where the media defends people who don't listen to police and then rush police and then get shot by police - she also will be defended and is being defended - just watch the newsreaders.
