Greta Van Susteren and her “On the Record” panel discussed the battery charges against Campaign Manager Corey Lewandowski today by a Florida court.
Greta started the segment by playing Donald Trump’s presser with reporters today on the Michelle Fields hoax. Trump told reporters,
“ “I’m not going to let a person’s life be destroyed over somebody that we have on tape. And you just take a look at what people are saying when they see that incident on tape. And no jury, in my opinion, no jury would convict a man and destroy a man over what you had here.”
Tonight former homicide detective Ted Williams and former prosecutor Katie Phang joined Greta to discuss the case.
Greta and her guests all agreed there is no way they can win this case in court and the only reason Corey was charged was because he is associated with Donald Trump. Greta said,
“In my wildest dreams I don’t see how a jury ever convicts on this with all the ambiguity. In fact, it looks like two Secret Service who were protecting Donald Trump are reaching for her. I don’t know whether or not that is what is provoking the bruises or not. That’s the problem. Here’s your reasonable doubt right there.”

The nature of bruising is that it does not occur right away only after 2-3 days. Fields took pictures of her bruises on the spot and one of her colleagues said he saw the bruises. that is impossible. Bruises don’t happen in 5 minutes.
Depending on where the blow or pressure fell on the body, and the person’s susceptibility to bruising, and how hard either for was applied, it will take from two to three days for a bruise to show on a person. If bruises appeared within a few hours then she was manhandled - or “personhandled,” to use the PC phrase - by someone other than Corey or the SS.
Actually, I was at my mom’s house and she likes O’Reilly. then crazy Megyn comes on right after so I saw her lead in. Nauseating.

One again all Kelly had to do was to play all the contradictory statements on it made by Lewandowski, as she does with Trump, and they convict themselves, as they did last night.
Another show pointed out that the law he is charged with breaking makes ‘unwanted touching’ illegal, they dont even need the pictures of the bruises as evidence.

On another thread someone pointed out that she is wearing a rather bulky long sleeved jacket and that one can actually see fingers in the bruising, all of which makes me think she did it to herself.
I would like someone to tell me where Fields is getting her money to launch this legal battle. It is very very expensive. Who is fronting her the money?
As far as the bruises...it's pretty hard to cause bruises like that....especially after 3 days....
The video also looks like her boyfriend was trying to distract the SS guys so she could do her thing.
Greta has been All Donnie All the time since he declared.
Not only that when the mouth in on her show she asks one question and lets him prattle on for 6-8 minutes goes to commercial and repeat.
She should just change the name of the Show to the Donnie show, starring Uber Fan #1, Greta.
Hardly hard hitting reporting. Donnie likes that. He hates being challenged on his B.S. which is why he whines about the other hosts.

You’ve got your circles in the wrong place. Watch the video. He grabs her arm and yanks her entire body back about three feet. It’s plain as day. Misdemeanor battery easily.
