Ted Cruz declined to answer a question on Monday about whether he has ever been unfaithful to his wife Heidi.
'Senator Cruz,' DailyMail.com asked him, 'can you please swat down more definitively this National Enquirer piece by telling us on the record that you've never been unfaithful to your wife?'
The National Enquirer published a story last Wednesday that speculated about five women with whom the Republican presidential candidate was rumored to have had extramarital affairs.
Cruz has batted down the specifics of the story on numerous occasions since it appeared in supermarket checkout lanes.
But instead of making a blanket declaration that he has been faithful during the entirety of his 14-year marriage – a move that would effectively end the vicious news cycle – Cruz stood silently as campaign surrogate Carly Fiorina leapt in to intercept the question and change the subject.

Cruz has sold himself as God fearing Christian man, it appears he’s been lying to all of us, so Cruz is the hypocrite and we’re the dolts that believed in him.

Cruz has proven that he’s a pretty crappy Christian just by his ‘God says to vote for me’ antics on the campaign trail, plus the lies, plus the embracing of Mormonism, plus allowing Beck to claim that he’s some kind of savior.
That’s akin to the sin that got Herod eaten by worms.
But if this sex story turns out to be true—and really, I don’t know whether it is. All I know is that Cruz’s behavior is pretty bizarre in response to it. I was thinking that he’d just ignore it and it’d go away.
But anyways, if this IS true, then he slips below Don in the ‘acting Christian’ department just out of the simple timeline.
If not true, then I still find him to be a bad candidate with, at best, really poor judgment by bringing all the establishment hacks into his team.
