A Cruz has again canceled on New Jersey.
Heidi Cruz, the wife of Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz, had planned to hold a fundraiser in Morris County on Wednesday and attend several campaign events across the state.
But a local Cruz campaign activist announced that she will be postponing her New Jersey appearances.
Scott DeCristofaro, a New Jersey contact for the Cruz campaign, issued a press release Monday announcing the cancelation of a Heidi Cruz rally in Haddon Heights. DeCristofaro said she is also canceling her other New Jersey events and plans to come back to New Jersey after Wisconsin's April 5 primary.
Ted Cruz in December canceled an event in Rahway where he had planned to announce his New Jersey leadership team.
Heidi Cruz has been the subject of recent Twitter attacks by her husband's primary rival Donald Trump, who has blamed Cruz for an anti-Trump super PAC's ad featuring an old, racy photo of his own wife.

Sorry, but GOPe's objective is and always has been to take out the early leader (Trump, in this case), then any second rank candidates still left and trot out the Designated Loser (Jeb!, Ryan....etc.) so the November charade can finally get finished and they can all get back to sucking up whatever's left of the Country Formally Known as The United States of America.
If you think Cruz is going to last as a Presidential...or anything else...candidate more than milliseconds after/if they manage to show Trump the door, you're delusional. You can’t sue someone for libel for reporting that there are claims. If you made the claims and they are false, then you sue that person for libel. Enquirer crafted their wording to be sue-proof.
