Ted Cruz has been accused of having at least five mistresses, including CNN anchor and former Cruz employee Amanda Carpenter. The media claims Cruz has denied these accusations.
Cruz is lying, according to multiple trial lawyers and experts on persuasion. His lies are hard to spot, because his lies are also truthful.
Consider what Cruz said in response to the news story:
“Let me be clear this National Enquirer story is garbage. It is complete and utter lies. It is a tabloid smear and it is a smear that has come from Donald Trump and his henchmen.”
Let’s look at what Cruz did not say. Cruz could have said, “I have never cheated on my wife.” Why didn’t he?
Consider the oath witnesses take before testifying. “I swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.” Isn’t that redundant?
Ted Cruz is accused of having had an affair with five women. He could say, “That’s a lie. I did not have five mistresses.” If Cruz did have one mistress, then he’d have told the truth (he didn’t have five) but not the whole truth (he had one).

Sorry, you misconstrue much. I have no problem with folks supporting a candidate other than the one I support. I do have a problem with seeing folks (particularly folks ciaiming to be Christian) BEAR FALSE WITNESS against someone. Ted Cruz has been the target of RELENTLESS FALSE WITNESS & SLANDER. My assumption is that these “bearers of false witness” have nothing else with which to attack Cruz.

You really apparently know nothing about judging and evaluating people. Yes, it is not my place to judge whether he goes to heaven or hell, but I can judge whether what he says make sense — and if you knew what Trump had said you wouldn’t so smart-mouth as to say I ride a pompous high horse.
After leading a life as a man who has dumped two wives for mistresses and been a serial adulterer, Trump says that he doesn’t really need forgiveness from God, is a strong Christian and reads the Bible more anyone on Earth. HE HAS NO HUMILITY. If you understand anything about Christianity, people who have sinned much, understand that they have been forgiven much and are humble. Trump is one of the least humble, least self-effacing people I have ever seen. If his behavior and words compute with you, I think you have a problem.

With that said, even if they were condoms, she wasn’t getting lucky with Ted Cruz that night. He was in Houston for his “victory speech” and then Kansas the next day for a rally.
Unless she or CNN was broadcasting out of Houston, Texas that day, the Cruz affair narrative doesn’t take for that photo at least.

Here we go again. Cruz supporters are “Christian”, “holy” and “perfect”

This week on Twitter, Cruz supporters have been acting like middle-school children, tweeting vulgar hashtags and, at the same time, proclaiming how “perfect” they are. They are what’s called “hypocrites”. Look it up if you don’t know what it means.
How dare you mention Palin? When Palin endorsed Trump, some of the more obnoxious Cruz supporters became absolutely violent, cursing her and even mocking little Trig Palin. Wonderful Christian behavior.
Is Trump perfect? No, not even close. Is your messiah, Cruz, perfect? NO. It’s not even know if he’s Christian or not, so drop the “holier than thou” crap. Especially with a blasphemous, almost satanic lunatic like Glenn Beck worshipping Cruz.
There are some polite, classy Cruz supporters on FR and, in return, I treat them the same way. But the holier than thou, “we’re better than you” crowd, I call them on their hypocrisy.
