Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) said that the greater majority of domestic terrorist attacks are not by Muslims at all; theyre by people like Timothy McVeigh.
Ellison made the comment during an interview with MSNBCs Chris Hayes a day after the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) claimed responsibility for bombing a Belgian airport and subway train. [ ]
And so, you know, we got to understand terrorism as a generalized threat, various ideologies that drive it. But, no, I think we can get through this, but people like [Donald] Trump and [Ted] Cruz are not helping.
According to an analysis by CNN, there were five ISIS-inspired attacks in the U.S. over the past year and a half, including the Dec. 2, 2015 mass shooting of 14 people in San Bernardino, California by a couple that had pledged allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

To get the result you have to search for acts of mere vandalism where no data was available about the religion of the vandals, and count them as acts of terror by non-Muslims.
I made my own search of the database back when it came out looking for acts where 10 or more people were killed and it came out to almost all Muslim groups, with an occasional case where it was some radicals in the former soviet union or what not.
So I have to call the claim at best a canard and at worst a damned lie.
That he is. He's a-parsing. The "great majority of attacks" in the US are underclass attacks. We've been lucky about the big stuff, like Breslan or Brussels, so far. But Dem open-door policies are stretching the immune system that protects against invaders very thin.
According to that liberal intellectual, Whoopi Goldberg, Timothy McVeigh was a Christian terrorist.
This has become accepted as part of liberal theology, that McVeigh was a Christian terrorist, even though he didnt commit his act in the name of Christ. As I recall he was an atheist, but facts such as these dont matter to liberals. Making their half assed political statements is all that matters to them.
If memory serves, I believe he stated he was agnostic?
Kind of helps that things are classified as “workplace violence” such as the Fort Hood massacre. Helps when the Muslim killing several Army and Marine recruiters is NOT called a terror attack.
Helps when NO Muslim assaults on their children, wives, lovers, and families under “honor violations” is counted as Muslim terror or Muslim violence or even counted as “crimes” ... Helps when Sharia “courts” run neighborhoods.
Helps when Obola’s Injustice Department is run by people determined NOT to count Muslim violence as Muslim violence.
What you said times a googol.
Another bubble dwelling SOB who spews whatever the memo of the week says is the proper thing to spew in order to keep defending the indefensible.
wow.
There ares strong indications that McVeigh had Islamic ties.
Ellison is either complicit or a useful idiot
Alright Keith. Define Terrorism and why it was pre-destined for America.
Read Jayna Davis’ book...more likely Iraqi
Gee... if I had any question as to why you have brown eyes, Rep. Ellison...
I do believe McVeigh was an islamist facilitator. And there seem to be some legs to the assertion that he and Terry Nichols had some traffic with Ramsy Yousef.
Ellison is both a ginger and a sandginger.
Maybe atheist, maybe agnostic. But the point is, he was not Christian. And he was not a Christian terrorist. But the liberals always cite him as a “Christian terrorist”, which is factually incorrect. But the liberals and the media keep peddling this falsehood.
Beatings are good for the soul; his needs a lot of work. What a find display of taqiyya he has.
Yoda says, “Taqiyya strong in this one it is”.
“...theyre by people like Timothy McVeigh.
Wasn’t he allied with muslims?
“Lying sack of Islamic shit.”
