I do head shots. No running to the hospital for non life threatening injuries.

Not life threatening? Too small a caliber or needs more range time! We taxpayers will be paying for the perps’ hospitalization.

Everyone should have a couple of capable protection dogs. You probably won’t have the luxury of the perp announcing his presence, but the dogs know he’s there. My Rottie and German Shepherds would use him for a chew toy.If I still have to shoot, then so be it.

'I'm in your house, I'm coming to get you.'

My understanding is that the president will make a full recovery.

Police said they found the suspect in the man's house. He was taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries that are not life-threatening.

Some range time on targets at 20 feet seems to be needed.

The man, fearing for his life, shoots the suspect several times," Baltimore County police Cpl. John Wachter said.

I love happy endings. I'll bet the intruder was "turning his life around", too.

I would never assume a home intruder is there for burglary. Assume the worst.
