The two also rans will spend the next month attacking each other instead of Trump.

Perfect setup for him.

Goldman “ObamaTRADE” Cruz forgot that Romney
endorsed Kasich.
Oh, that was last week before Romney and Cruz tied the knot.

interesting that Cruz and Trump supporters seem to agree the election would be better off without him.

Sometimes I wonder about Cruz’s judgement. Those Kasich delegates? If Kasich drops out, what incentive would they have to go to Cruz? It’s quite possible that just a handful of them would be all that Trump needs to reach a majority.

I go back to my comment from a few days ago that Cruz’ comments like this turn many people off. He sounds, unintentionally I think, as though he is somehow entitled to these votes.

Earn them Ted, and it won’t matter.

Cruz is the spoiler from my perspective. Kasich has won the only state he was going to and is now a non-factor. Cruz can’t win the nomination outright and can only do the bidding of the RNC/GOP and deny Trump the nomination.
The goal of the RNC/GOP is to deny the citizens the ability to elect a President who retains the rule of law.
They must deliver the amnesty candidate the Cheap Labor Express has paid for.
At this point only an open convention will stop Trump.
Cruz playing along lowers my estimation of him.

If Kasich is “the spoiler” (presumably to Cruz)—then what the heck is Cruz (to Trump)?

The greater resources and Establishment endorsements, by far, are pouring into Spoiler Cruz rather than Spoiler Kasich.

Kasich is indeed a spoiler. He’s the GOPe’s latest plan for keeping Trump or Cruz from getting 1237 in order to throw the nomination into an open convention.

Then the GOPe can steal the nomination (it’s legal, they wrote the rules) and select Jeb! or Mitt, Ryan or even Kasich.

"There's no good reason (for Kasich to stay in the race),"

Actually, there is.

If Kasich can accumulate a few more delegates in the next 3 months, and if neither Cruz nor Trump attain that magic 1237 number, then Kasich could become a king-maker at the convention. If Kasich has enough to put either Cruz or Trump at/over 1237, they will come begging for his support and he can set terms for, say, a VP slot.

Don’t worry Ted you have Mitt and Glenn they’re almost just like only different than Evangelicals. Besides Mitt isn’t part of the GOPe

Poor John.
In the lead up to Ohio everyone had him praised as the second coming
Mitt even traveled to Ohio to urge the weak and the wiling to vote John
But now ....
No calls, no texts, no flowers
Romney endorsed Cruz yesterday
As you watch and whisper “ He’s a lovely boy, Willard”

It was just one night John, in one state
But now time to face it
They are just not that into you
But at least - you will always have Ohio!
And confetti!

Cruz means, “I can’t win if other candidates are in the race.” Trump and Kasick must leave so I can win. Lol.

This from a clown that would need to win 87% of the remaining delegates.

Kasich has signs of selfism. He decided the election is all about himself now... he constantly talks about what he did and how important he is/was... in the debates, he complained about not getting enough time.. he stays in so he can go to the convention believing they will put him in as President... he thought he was too important to be stopped by the police... he believes he is the only one who knows how to do anything.. and he talks about himself as if he is already in that position of power... and when he comes on to talk, that’s when I change the channel. I can’t imagine Kasich taking second fiddle to Trump, in being the VP... he’s not the kind to believe anyone knows more than he does. That’s what I see in this man...

OUT! JOHNNY, OUT!

(...to the tune of Oh! Johnny, Oh!)

Out, Johnny, Out, Johnny
Why hang around?
Out, Johnny, Out, Johnny, put your ear to the ground
You stick around like an old mustard plaster
You're a bore, a lightweight, a losing disaster
How long must we endure your non-stop chatter?
Your RINO ramblings just no longer matter
Oh, Johnny, Oh, Johnny
Please tell me why
You still stay on the stage though your schtick has run dry?
You're a spoiler, it's true
And when I look at you
It's just OUT, Johnny, OUT Johnny, OUT!

Leni
