Sometimes I wonder about Cruz’s judgement. Those Kasich delegates? If Kasich drops out, what incentive would they have to go to Cruz? It’s quite possible that just a handful of them would be all that Trump needs to reach a majority.
Someone posted that Ohio’s delegate rules would require them all to go to Trump if Kasich’s drops out. I.e.: they have to then pledge to the second highest vote getter.
Cruz is absolutely sure that Kasich’s will be his. Bet there’s a deal going on behind the scenes.
Yup. Cruz has horrible judgement. We were exposed to that with non-stop spam and robocalls. Then the sleazy crap he pulled in Iowa?! Then there’s moonbat-Beck, Bush and now Romney, another sleaze-bag. Cruz is surrounding himself with people with poor character and judgement.

That is a good observation. Seems that Ted continues to shoot himself in the foot.
Very true. The contest is moving to Northeastern states and California where the voters are more moderate. |
Because he can do the simple delegate math that if Rubio had dropped out on March 1st, Cruz would’ve racked up many more delegates. Trump can only keep winning with his 40-45% if the opposing vote stays split. If Kasich drops out and his votes go to Cruz, Cruz then beats Trump. And most upcoming states are winner-take-all, so Trump gets 100% of the delegates if he wins with 40%.
