Anti-Donald Trump protesters tore down Secret Service security checkpoints in an effort to storm the doors of the Infinity Event Center while Trump was speaking, only to be repelled by police, CNN reported.
A suitable substitute are the large size reusable microwavable hot/cold gel packs with the fabric covers ...quite handy for knee joint aches and pains as well as self defense swing toys in unruly crowds.
The gel form conviently shapes itself for wrap around headache relief without leaving bruises, like a dead blow hammer.
Did I mention it was washable?
Older folk, such as myself, find them very handy when metal detectors are...any way, they are easy to pocket.
Bring one for a friend.
“They are planning various civil disobedience marches, etc. to start across the East Coast next month and have an attorney.”
They have an attorney. Isn’t that special.
What? Is that supposed to make us flee screaming from them?
They have no clue what they are starting here... They won’t have the balls to finish it.
What happens when they also decide to start showing up at Hillary rallies and the dem convention to give dems a taste of their own measure?
“After what happened with that idiot storming the stage, one would think that tearing up federal security checkpoints would be prosecuted. “
They are obviously under orders to not do anything to the protestors. They are to look the other way. But, if anyone else jumped in, they would be hauled off in chains.
How much backing are these “protesters” getting from the elites of the GOPe? Between Soros and those arrogant a-holes I guess the protests will continue until the children get their way.
I carry / use a bandanna that is high thread count cloth with a sewn in sleeve / pocket sized just perfect for a new roll of dollar coins. Sacagawea dollar donations to bad guys using that as a SAP, snap that towel to a bad guys face, good results.
Part of my my “can’t go armed there” surreptitious tool kit.....
Notice they didn’t try this crap in Arizona.
I think this is the case nationwide, and the left is too blind to see it. The more they disrupt, the more they engage in acts of violence, the more they attempt to deny others their right to free speech, the more it pisses off those they attempt to intimidate. They don’t get it and won’t get it until those in powers apply the law of the land equally, regardless of political correctness or persuasion.
good acceleration wid dat...
;>)
I salute you for mentioning the concern trolls that always show up on every thread about some protester getting his clock cleaned by a 78 year old. :-)
LOL!
Someone recently posted the law Obama signed a year or so ago that made it illegal to protest where Secret Service was protecting someone.
That law applies to Trump supporters trying to storm the convention too. And conspiracy to violate that law is also a crime. What groups protesting are more likely to have the law enforced against them?
I am opposed to Trump, for reasons I have articulated which, frankly exposed fundamental cognitive disconnects in his campaign rhetoric from very early on. That said, I don't "hate" Trump. No one lives in my head rent free.
...who salivate at anything and everything opposed to Trump,
Sounds like someone might have a medical problem. As I said, I have my reasons for being opposed to Trump, and that alone was enough to be a deal breaker for me.
... and worship Ted Cruzs principled stand supporting those rioters in Chicago.
Ted Cruz, without fanfare, arm waving, or profanity, placed the responsibility for the actions of the rioters on the rioters. Period, full stop, end of sentence.
He also commented on the basic truth that the candidate is the leader of the campaign (any candidate, any campaign), and the actions and rhetoric of that candidate set the tone of that campaign (again, any candidate, any campaign). That statement is pretty hard to argue with, simply because it is true, for any candidate and any campaign.
He did not say Trump's name.
Now, because their particular candidate had been a mite crass, and had used rhetoric supporting violent behaviour within the context of his campaign, some folks got all butthurt. They even went so far as to assert that Ted Cruz had said their candidate was at fault for the actions of others. In fact Ted Cruz had already placed the responsibility for the actions of those others squarely on those others.
Ted Cruz made no statement supporting the Communists in the streets, and if you can't admit that, then I suggest the only 'hate' going around is that reserved for Cruz. Otherwise you wouldn't lie about the man.
There is no "Oh mah goodness" going around here, just a lot of bullshit from trump acolytes who are demonizing a good man with their crap to get their candidate one step closer to losing to Hillary.
Yes, I’ve heard of the roll of coins thing in a sock being VERY effective.
