Is the media inciting violence against Donald Trump?

Frank Chung

THE media wants a member of the public to kill Donald Trump.

That’s the view of a growing number of commentators, who have sounded warnings about the increasingly dangerous tone to media reporting around the Republican presidential hopeful.

In a lengthy blog post, Scott Adams, the creator of the popular Dilbert comic strip, has slammed the media for “priming the public to try to kill Trump”, likening the conduct to the death of Princess Diana in 1997.

The author recalled how a mere three months earlier, in his book The Dilbert Future, he predicted: “In the future, the media will kill famous people to generate news that people will care about.”

Fast-forward to today and “we see the media priming the public to try to kill Trump, or at least create some photogenic mayhem at a public event,” he writes.

“Again, no one is sitting in a room plotting Trump’s death, but — let’s be honest — at least half of the media believes Trump is the next Hitler, and a Hitler assassination would be morally justified.

“Also great for ratings. The media would not be charged with any crime for triggering some nut to act. There would be no smoking gun. No guilt. No repercussions. Just better ratings and bonuses all around.

“In the 2D world of reason, no one in the media consciously wants a candidate for president to be injured, and no one is consciously acting in a way that would make it happen.

“But in the 3D world of persuasion, society has decided to lance the wart that is Trump. Collectively — the media, the public, and the other candidates — are creating a situation that is deeply dangerous for Trump.”

“Only the mainstream media can remedy this situation and apparently that is not financially advantageous. So don’t expect anything but escalation in the disruptions and violence.

“On Sunday, a leader from a civil rights organisation resigned after posting on Facebook that Trump supporters should be shot before election day, Fox News reported.

The post by Loring Wirbel, co-chairman of the Colorado Springs chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union also made a reference to Nazism.

“We have to really reach out to those who might consider voting for Trump and say, ‘This is [Nazi propaganda minister Joseph] Goebbels. This is the final solution. If you are voting for him, I will have to shoot you before Election Day,’” Wirbel wrote last Monday.”

Trump’s fighting tomorrows battle, Ted and his ilk are fighting yesterday’s. Evidence is Trump’s theme that the republican party should unify and embrace the movement that’s the biggest story in politics in the world. Trump’s two steps ahead and levels above the dust all the others are left sniping in. They are losing the war - because they are continually fighting yesterday’s battle.

There are severe laws on the books that make what happened to Trump in Chicago and other places illegal. See #1 below. Then, there are severe laws for those involved in conspiracies against political events. So some rectums sitting in front of their computers organizing and ordering actions like what happen to Trump last week could find themselves facing severe fines and jail time. Mediots on TV and pushing or dog whistling violence against Trump are guilty. See #2 below.

#1:

For one thing, the law makes it easier for the government to criminalize protest. Period. It is a federal offense, punishable by up to 10 years in prison to protest anywhere the Secret Service might be guarding someone. For another, it’s almost impossible to predict what constitutes “disorderly or disruptive conduct” or what sorts of conduct authorities deem to “impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions.”

#2: There is another interesting Code/law that applies the conspiracy/violation of peaceful assembly and free speech.

18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; .... They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 696; Pub. L. 90–284, title I, § 103(a), Apr. 11, 1968, 82 Stat. 75; Pub. L. 100–690, title VII, § 7018(a), (b)(1), Nov. 18, 1988, 102 Stat. 4396; Pub. L. 103–322, title VI, § 60006(a), title XXXII, §§ 320103(a), 320201(a), title XXXIII, § 330016(1)(L), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 1970, 2109, 2113, 2147; Pub. L. 104–294, title VI, §§ 604(b)(14)(A), 607(a), Oct. 11, 1996, 110 Stat. 3507, 3511.)

Violence is the very nature of demonicrats when their treachery is exposed. And the fifth-column leftist media supports and encourages that violence by sympathizing with it and provided propaganda excuses such violence.

I don't believe the media thinks Trump is Hitler - except for some uneducated millennials, I guess. But they are trying very hard to convince the American people that he's Hitler. Doesn't appear to be working.

Yes, as well as the corrupt politicians in both parties.
The voice of WE THE PEOPLE is finally being heard, thanks to Donald, and the establishment is scared to death.

Black Trump Supporter beaten and shot to death
Chicago Rally
Christian Times Newspaper has learned that an African-American supporter of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has died after allegedly sustaining gunshot wounds in the aftermath of Friday night’s chaos in Chicago.

Robert King Bullock, aged 37, was a resident of Chicago’s Evanston suburb. According to Bullock’s friend, who also attended the Trump rally, Robert was an avid chef, and he recently obtained his Masters of Business Administration and planned to open a local restaurant.

This source spoke with CTN on the condition of anonymity, and asked to be referred to as “Terry.” He called for Bullock’s death to serve as a reminder to anti-Trump groups and the mainstream media.

“Rob was a black man, but he supported Trump because he got tired of Democrats saying his race was the thing holding him back,” Bullock’s friend told CTN.

Bullock and Terry were separated in the chaos that followed the protesters’ interruption of the planned Trump rally, which led to widespread violent scuffles and the event’s cancellation. It is believed that he attempted to make his way to a nearby bar to charge his dead cell-phone and reconnect with Terry.

Ross Douthatt (NYT) mentioned the "Dead Zone"" movie, Glenn beck (fantasized over stabbing Trump) and "On Tuesday evening, establishment Republican consultant Rick Wilson said the GOP establishment donor class must find a way to “put a bullet” in GOP frontrunner Donald Trump."

There are many more from ordinary people, and probably more from celebrities.
